we have the pleasure to introduce our company, LA MECCANICA PADANA S.R.L., as one of the most experienced manufacturer of Special Fittings for Pipelines, Petro-Chemical and Urea plants since 1954.

We are interested in developing new business opportunities and we are aware that your firm has always been involved in projecting and commissioning plants. For this reason, we would like to introduce our company asking you to register us in your files in order to get enquiries and prove our competitiveness. Our production can be divided in two main parts:

- Fittings in all grades of material for the petrochemical sector: Spectacle blinds, blanks, spacers, drip rings weldoflanges, pieces on drawing (Our standard production);

- Special fittings in special materials only, especially for Urea and Fertilizers industry (high pressure and high corrosion lines/plants). Pieces based on customer’s drawing.

We are also specialized in Lenticular (Lens) Gaskets with one or two branches and nozzles according to client Standard.

- We are specialized in the manufacturing of Carbamate Mixers for Urea Plants and the Fertilizer industry.

Some of the special fittings we produce for application in UREA plants are: Tees, Bends, Elbows, (90° and 45°) Concentric reducers, Caps, Nozzles, Weldolets, Threadolets, Elbolets, Nipolets, Flanges to client’s specification. We do produce Butt welding fittings but, we think to be competitive in special materials only produced from forging.

We can also undertake the manufacture of special items according to customer’s drawings and pieces like Distributors of more lines from forged blocks.

Moreover our company is specialized in manufacturing of forged Fittings to ANSI B16.11, Flanges in special materials.

All pieces can be produced in all type of materials such as: CS, SS, Monel, Incoloy, Inconel, Hastelloy, Cupronickel, Titanium, Duplex and S. Duplex, Modified S.S. and many others.

We think and know to be competitive in both parts of our production and just for this reason are trying to prove our possibilities on the market.

At present we are qualified with Saudi Aramco, KNPC, Qatar Energy and other UAE companies (such as Takreer). Moreover, our company is included in vendor lists of Engineering such as Snamprogetti, Foster Wheeler, Mc Dermott, Petrofac, Saipem, Edison, Larsen&Toubro, General Electrics, Omv-Indoil, Fluor, IFFCO, KPO – Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., Techint ct.

We are still working in getting qualified by other companies such as ONGC, EIL, Petrobras, Gasco, Fertil, Bouruge etc.

We would also like to inform you that we are working through direct contacts with our clients or through a network of agents located in countries of our best interest.

As concern our Quality System we inform you that our company is certified for ISO 9001/2008, PED 97/23/EC and AD 2000-Merkblatt W0 and we are all working every day in order to keep the highest level of quality.
