For AT&T Mobile Share – Data for Business plans up to 20GB, the maximum number of devices is 10. With regard to Individual Responsibility Users (IRUs), the 30 GB, 40 GB and 50 GB plans permit up to 10 devices. With regard to business customers and their respective Corporate Responsibility Users (CRUs), the 30 GB plan permits up to 15 devices, the 40 GB plan permits up to 20 devices, and the 50 GB plan permits up to 25 devices.

With respect to both CRUs and IRUs, the Service Discount described in your company’s AT&T business agreement is available only on the monthly service charge for your Mobile Share plan’s data allotment. All prices are billed monthly and are valid for use in the U.S. New one- or two-year service agreement may be required. An activation fee will be charged when converting from a prepaid or Session-Based plan to a Mobile Share – Data Plan or when you activate an additional Device on an existing Mobile Share – Data Plan. Prices are subject to change. Prices do not include taxes. In addition to the monthly cost of the rate plan and any selected features, AT&T imposes the following charges: (1) a Regulatory Cost Recovery Charge of up to $1.25 to help defray its cost incurred in complying with obligations and charges imposed by State/Federal telecom regulations; (2) a gross receipts surcharge; (3) State and Federal Universal Service Charges; and (4) other government assessments on AT&T. These fees are not taxes or government-required charges. Early Termination Fee/Cancellation Fee (ETF): None if cancelled during the first 14 days (30 days for CRUs) - up to $35 restocking fee applies (10% for tablets and accessories over $199); thereafter, ETF up to $150 or $325 depending on device (details at att.com/equipmentETF). Mobile Share – Data Plans: Smartphones, basic and quick messaging phones are prohibited. Up to ten (10), fifteen (15), twenty (20) or twenty-five (25) devices depending on the plan. Additional monthly charge per device. Tethering and mobile hotspot use are permitted with up to five (5) simultaneous devices. If you are using a Mobile Share – Data Plan with a smartphone, with a device that is not a Designated Data Device, for tethering or as a mobile hotspot with more than five (5) simultaneous users, or otherwise use the plan in any way that is inconsistent with its terms, AT&T reserves the right to suspend or terminate service to your account, place any non-complying device on an appropriate Mobile Share Plan, and/or add any other required element of the plan. If you exceed the amount of data in your plan during your billing period, an additional 1GB is automatically provided as specified in your rate plan. Overage charges are billed to the primary line. All data allowances, including overages, must be used in the billing period in which the allowance is provided or they will be forfeited. Authorized users on the account may temporarily suspend data access for each device using the Mobile Share – Data Plan. Data access will be restored at the beginning of the next billing cycle. Monthly charges, however, will continue to apply. Designated Data Devices that are capable of accessing corporate email, intranet sites and/or other business applications may do so for no additional monthly access charge. Additional monthly charge per device not eligible for discounts. Additional deposits and other restrictions may apply. International use not included.
