Spinnaker Sleeve & Tacker

Dropping the spinnaker is the most complicated and potentially dangerous maneuver facing a yachtsman.

The ATN™ Spinnaker Sleeve and Tacker ensure a safe and orderly retrieval, allowing you to drop your

spinnaker behind the main. It truly has removed the fear from spinnaker handling.

The inexpensive Tacker allows you to fly a conventional (symmetrical) spinnaker without a spinnaker pole,

like an asymmetrical spinnaker, (commonly known a cruising chute/gennaker, MPS). The Patented Tacker

holds the spinnaker tack close to the centerline of the boat by sliding over the furled headsail and can be

adjusted up and down with the down haul/tack line.

• It prevents chafing the tack line on the life lines, bending stanchions and gives you maximum control over the

luff of the spinnaker.

• Its Snap Shackle allows you to “blow the spinnaker tack” before lowering the ATN™ Spinnaker Sleeve.

The ATN Genoa sleeve is hoisted with the spinnaker

halyard, and its lashing / tightening system will keep it

tight even on a strong breeze. It will not flog itself to self

destruction, and will protect the furled sail from the sun,

weather and pollution.

• It protects the furled sail without the need for a

sacrificial sun cover, which weighs down and

alter the shape of the genoa.

• It will prevent accidental unfurling.

The Gale Sail™ innovatively simplifies hoisting a storm jib in heavy conditions: simply furl the genoa sheets

down to the deck and hank on the Gale Sail™ over the furled genoa, attach its sheets and hoist it with the

spinnaker halyard. The reinforced Dacron pouch easily slides up and down over the furled sail and prevents

any accidental unfurling of the genoa.

• Eliminate the need for a removable headstay.

• No need to unfurl, lower and pack the genoa to hoist the storm jib.

• The Gale Sail™ is a storm jib, heavy duty, it can be flown either by itself, or in combination with the

reefed mainsail or trysail.

Operation of the “MASTCLIMBER” is done by

alternatively standing up on the leg straps, which allows

you to slide up the one-way jammer of the bosun’s chair,

then sitting onto the bosun’s chair, which allows you

to slide up the one-way jammer of the leg strap, then

The ATN Lazy Jacks will allow you to drop your mainsail by

yourself, making folding and flaking an easy job: the mainsail

will not fall on deck anymore. No need to alter your mainsail

cover, just slack the lazy jacks forward out of the way of the

mainsail cover and the owning.

The ATN lazy jacks will not vibrate and bang on the mast, for

they are led off the mast from the spreaders, allowing the

mainsail an easy hoist without fouling.
