In March of 2000, AQT set out offering ATMS to multiple sectors of the aviation industry. These sectors include the commercial airlines,cargo carriers, 3rd-party training companies, military, crew providers, regulators, corporate operators, oil and utilities, helicopteroperators, service contractors, charter operators, and fractional ownership operators. ATMS was originally developed and implemented atAlaska Airlines in 1998.

The AQT management team has extensive experience in aviation training and software implementation and integration. Bill Carson,CEO, has over 25 years of managing large application development and implementation projects. Bill’s background and experience inthe aviation industry began at NASA’s Human Factors Division, focused on man-machine integration projects such as head-up displays,flight deck CRM, long-haul sleep studies, and other human performance research.

As AQT’s Director of Sales, Jason Keith has an exemplary understanding of ATMS having implemented and used the system for overfive years. As a pilot for AirNet Systems for 12 years and director of flight training for six, Jason was responsible for trainingmanagement of one the largest air cargo airline in the US. Jason’s methodologies were highly structured and utilized military-precisestandards. Jason is well-versed in the needs of ensuring safety and compliance within the aviation industry’s regulatory environment.

As AQT’s Regulatory Compliance Analyst, Melissa Powers has extensive experience utilizing ATMS for a variety of training managementsystems. As AirNet System’s Regulatory Compliance Coordinator for over 15 years, Melissa was responsible for managing an extensivedangerous goods training program, TSA security programs and an airport security program. Melissa is knowledgeable in areas ofdangerous goods/hazmat and TSA compliance and the complexities surrounding these regulatory areas.
