How to Improve your Posture in 30 Days (or less) If you're constantly complaining of back pain and notice yourself slouching all the time, I will show you how to improve your posture and reduce your back pain in 30 days (or less). Yes it's tough to practice proper posture but if you dedicate 15 minutes a day for 30 days your back will not only get stronger but your body will use muscle memory to maintain you in the correct position. Muscle memory is a type of procedural learning where the brain forms complex neural pathways when an action is consistently repeated. This allows you to perform certain activities without having to think about them. Activities such as riding a bike, writing with your dominant hand, and typing are just a few examples of activities that use muscle memory. The same thing can be done for your posture. Place a stick, bar, or broom stick horizontally behind you and hold it in place by using the crease where your forearms and arms meet. This will force your shoulders back and will contract the muscles between your shoulder blades. Do this for 15 minutes every day and you'll be on your way to a stronger back, better posture, and less pain. To watch the video visit DrJoseGuevara.com/how-to-improve-your-posture-in-30-days

How to Improve your Posture in 30 Days (or less)

If you're constantly complaining of back pain and notice yourself slouching all the time, I will show you how to improve your posture and reduce your back pain in 30 days (or less).
