Sours

Bertha’s Revenge 152:-Bertha was the oldest cow to ever walk planet Earth at 48 years of age. She died in 1993 and this gin was made to immortalise her memory. A warm spicy soul with a long fruity finish to cele-brate her long life

Ki no Bi 168:-Gin from Kyoto, Japan. It is unique in all its form. From the base spirit which is distilled from rice instead wheat which is often the case. The herbs and botanicals are all locally sourced, including yuzo, lemongrass and cherry blossoms

Pink pepper 152:-Distilled in Cognac in a basement in the middle of town, This one of a kind gin is jam packed with rose peppers, and when I say jam packed it is in every sense of the word. It makes for a great cocktail and a great gin tonic.

Barr Hill 180:-Juniper, coriander seeds and honey. Yes! We said honey! The guy that makes this gin up in Vermont in the states used to be a bee keeper, but have now change occupation entirely and the result is this: a great gin, either sip it neat or with tonic.

X-gin 180:-Born out of a ancient Aztec recipe originally made only for the kings and queens. Distilled in Belgium with a sensual note of cacao and a sweet hint of vanilla. Neat it is wonderful, but with tonic it absolutely explodes with flavours!

West Wind, captains cut 180:-A gin with an undeniable punchh. At 63 % it is officially the strongest gin from Australia. A deep understanding of juniper and also filled with both floral and herbal notes and finishes with lots of sage. Up for trying Thomas favorite classic cocktail, The Last Word? This gin is a perfect match! All aboard!

GIN AND TONICS

Strawberries and basil 139:-Gin, Limoncello, Umeshu, Strawberries, Lemon, Basil, Peychaud’s bitter

This is it, it´s genius; everything is changing with season. Progressing is the true human form, shape is irrelevant hence ideal is absolute. Berries and herbs are good for you.- This cocktail is well balanced between tangy and sweet, as it should be, with loads of strawberries.

Pierside 139:-Gin, Falernum, Lime, Pear, Mint, SaltspraySouthside in a fruity fashion left by the side of the pier on a stormy summers eve.-This cocktail is sour, fruity and fresh with a salty hint.
