ATAPS BulletinATAPSHealth Reimagined will continue to facilitate and deliver the Access to Allied Psychological Services (ATAPS) program on behalf of the North Queensland Primary Health Network until 30 June, 2017. The continuity of usual services will take place until March 31, 2017. From April 1, 2017 a replacement program will be launched.

ATAPS DID NOT ATTENDS (DNAs) – Information for Mental Health ProvidersDid Not Attends are required in reporting submitted to Health Reimagined by Mental Health Providers when reporting Occasions of Service. As part of the requirements for the Primary Health Network, it is important that we receive the number of Did Not Attends to count towards the total occasions of services for outcomes and future reporting.
SESSION INFORMATION UPDATE – Information for Mental Health ProvidersPatients accessing Tier 1 services can access up to three (3) referrals or 18 sessions if deemed clinically appropriate.• Tier 1 – Low Income, Financial hardship
MARKETING TIPS 3 Tips for maximising value from texting clients1. Give the client a reply option such as “yes” or “phone”
so you can reschedule an appointment. Using “no” as an option closes communication and you may lose the touch point with the client.
2. Draft the text message yourself as this will help maintain the feel of your business. One message for all clients will do, but make sure there’s a space for the client’s name.
3. Don’t spam. A friendly reminder can be good for business, but bombarding them with texts they don’t want can alien-ate them.
