I warmly welcome you with the opening of the XI International specialized

exhibitions “Wine & Winemaking” and “High degree”!

Exhibitions “Wine & Winemaking” and “High degree” are traditionally the

meeting place of manufacturers, distributors and consumers, and also the

enterprises engaged in working out and introduction of new technologies from

production until its packing.

For 11 years of its existence the project became the bright and especial event for

alcoholic branch of Ukraine.

Participants and visitors of exhibitions have a unique possibility to get acquainted

with new production, to fill up the knowledge and professional skills, to discuss

concrete questions with experts of the branch.

In exhibitions take part the companies-manufacturers and also the firms known in

Ukraine and in the international market, which are engaged in working out and

introduction of modern technologies.

“Wine & Winemaking” and “High degree”!

11 years exhibitions collect experts of the alcoholic drinks branch on the exhibition

areas of Odessa. For these years exhibitions have received wide recognition at

experts and visitors, became the largest action of the branch not only in Ukraine,

but also abroad.

The companies from Australia, Italy, Germany, Moldova, Belarus, Russia take part

in exhibitions of 2011.

Participation in such prestigious International project will allow experts to adjust

new business ties, to exchange experience, to define achievements and needs of

the market of alcoholic drinks more precisely.

This year within the limits of the exhibitions traditionally will pass the International

professional tasting competition “Odessa Gulf”. It is presented more than

120 samples from the companies of Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova for participation

in competition. It is very important that the presented samples will be estimated

by the professional tasting commission on the International standards.

Has renewed its work the International Forum of winemakers and oenologists.

The theme of this year’s session is “Wine, health, ecology”.

I wish all participants of the exhibitions successes in achievement of the plans,

the occasion of opening of the XI International specialized exhibition “Wine &

Winemaking” and the XI International specialized exhibition “High degree”!

For 11 years this project has grown in a leading national forum of winemaking

branch of Ukraine.

Today wines and alcoholic drinks of the Odessa region are recognized not only in

Ukraine but also all over the world. Quality and assortment grows with each year,

along with well-known marks there are new brands.

It is pleasant that among participants of the exhibition there are not only

companies which create high-quality alcoholic drinks and distribution systems, but

also manufacturers of the modern equipment, materials, container and packing,

saplings of grapes from Ukraine and abroad.

The industry of alcoholic drinks is it not only a manufacture process but also a

complex of marketing and publicity, which promote goods advancement on the

market, inform consumers on features of production. Exhibitions of this year are

sated by special actions: International forum of winemakers and oenologists,

tasting competition “Odessa Gulf”, marketing conference, tastings and master-

classes.

It is very important that leading experts not only from Ukraine, but also from

Australia, Italy, Germany, Russia, Moldova and Belarus will take part in the work

AMPHICTYON OVIDIOPOL

The history of the company started

in 2009 on the basis of wine-making

workshop in collective farm ”Ukraine”

in Ovidiopol.

The successful trading wine-materials

allowed upgrading the workshop and

increasing storage of the wine-materials

from 1600 м3 up to 2700 м3.

In 2010 some capacities of

“Starokozacky” winery was purchased,

exactly wine-making workshops

Starotsarichansky & Russkoivanovsky.

Today the production capacity can

process 20000 tons of grapes per year.

In Staraya Tsarichanka the Italian

bottling line with capacity of 2 thousand

bottles per hour was installed and

started up. It allows pouring up to 400

thousand bottles per month.

Not commercial partnership of wine-

growers-wine-makers of Crimea

AIWC region united by special rules

regulating processes of wine growing,

wine macking and labeling. Receptions

and methods resolved for use by

members of association are described

in Technological Declaration of AIWC

and guarantee manufacture of the

most quality wines with bright terroir

component. Rules of registration of a

label allow the consumer to identify

easily style and quality of contents of

everyone bottle. The association has

developed the internal concept of

classification of wines by soil-climatic

principle and has divided Crimea region

into natural micro-zones (Crimean

Viticultural Area – CVA) and so has

entered concept Cler – the Crimean

vineyard making wine of homogeneous

style. Wines of members of Association

passed special selection have an

organization logo on the label.

Assosiation is the open organization

and supports any undertakings directed

on competent use of qualitative

potential of the Crimean vineyards,

creation of favorable conditions for

development of rather qualitative

Crimean winemaking, distribution

culture of wine and a high delicatessen,

solicitous attitude to the nature.

“Bolgrad winemaking plant” was

founded in 1945 as the primary

winemaking enterprise at the basis of

the state wine storehouses. The status

of the rented enterprise was given to

the plant in 1990. There are 4 shops of

primary winemaking at the plant. 277

workers are the staff of the plant.

28 farms of Bolgrad region supply the

raw materials to the plant. The total

area of vineyards is 5 000 hectares (on

1.07.2000).

The processing output of the plant is

60000 tons.

The assortment of the products is as

“Inzov” (8 designations) was started in

1999-2000.

The enterprise bought 21.7 tons of

valuable technical sorts of grapes and

manufactured 14.7 tons of wine.

The enterprise products have been

participated in the exhibitions in

Ankara, Seged, Bratislava and were

awarded with 3 Silver, 2 Bronze medals

and diplomas. The economy of the

was 4.6 millions of Hrivnas.

Laminated packing material which

consists of 7 base layers is used in

the car: polyethylene inside layer,

fastening layer, aluminum foil, layer of

and cardboard, cardboard, layer of the

press for reception of necessary graphic

effect, an external layer of polyethylene

for protection of a product against

humidity and dirt hit.

We offer all kinds of capacity from 125 ml

to 1000 ml both in standard execution,

and in SLIM format. We pay attention

that one kind of packing is used by one

car: it can't be re-customized from one

volume on another. Besides, usage

of by the aseptic car gives the chance

to make non-standard packages, for

example, in capacity of 375 ml. or 777

ml.

ІРІ S.r.l. offers the additional packing

equipment, namely: dating cars,

applicators of straws, applicators of

crumbs, and also cars for film packing

in packs, packing in trays, thermo-

shrinkable tunnels, forming in boxes.

Applicator of corks is a separate

independent car, which gives the chance

to spill on one line packages with cork

and without it. The design of a package

can be executed in several variants:

classical with a corner which comes off;

with crusts of different types and forms

(for example, СLIP-PACK, TWIST-PAK,

PC3) which is self-detachable and it is

executed in different colors.

The equipment is reliable enough and

doesn't break at due operation. Experts

Methods of manufacture:

galvanizing of that part of the post,

which will be in soil.

Special galvanizing – during this

process of manufacturing the posts,

a profile is produced from cold-rolled

steel. Afterwards, the produced posts

are subjected to hot dip galvanizing

(galvanizing coat is more than 30-40

um). For this, the profile is dipped in

molten zinc.

Production quality. Our vineyard posts

are suitable for all wine-growing soil

types, in any locality and differ by its

longevity and durability.

The longevity of our posts depends

on the producing methods and can be

divided as following: 30 years (special

galvanizing), 25-30 years (combined

galvanizing) and 15-20 year (standard).

They are resistant to bad weather

conditions. Due to their flexibility,

they perfectly adapt to any conditions.

Besides, our profiles have excellent

correspondence in quality price.

Usage. The distance between the

posts must be less than 5m, otherwise

the wires will vibrate under the wind

action, or they can be overloaded. In

case, if the section is damaged by the

wind action, the distance between the

starts back in the early 19th century; at

that period Europe have heard about

Purcari wine for the first time. Its first

golden medal Purcari wine won at the

Basarabian Agricultural Exhibition of

1847 year. In 1878 Negru de Purcari

brand won another golden medal at

the World Exhibition in Paris. Since

that time Purcari wine was supplied

constantly to various royal courts—

Russian Emperor Nikolay II, English King

George IV, and English Queen Victoria.

The Soviet authorities provided discreet

protection to the Purcari winery, thus

turning Purcari into a brand of national

importance.

Today “Winery Purcari” is a vertically

integrated production and trade

structure, which fully controls the entire

production process from planting

vineyards to wine bottling according

to ISO 9001, ISO 22000 standards.

Climatic and geological conditions of

the unique micro region have strong

Winemaking enterprise – Chadir-

Lungsky winery – has been based in
