and service and one of our experienced Managers acts as Master of Ceremonies, guiding you through the day with the utmost professionalism.

Function Suites

the BaLLROOM

With its superb sea and garden views, and with access to the adjoining Sun Terrace, our Ballroom provides an excellent venue for a Wedding Breakfast for between 60 and 100 people. In the evening, with its sunken dance-floor and private bar facility, it will happily accommodate up to 160 people for a buffet and disco/dance.

ISaDORa DUNCaN SUIte

This splendid room on the Ground Floor, with its ornate ceiling and sea-views from its three bay windows, can accommodate your Wedding Breakfast of up to 60 persons and can be used for evening functions for the same number. We regret this room is not available from the last weekend in July to the last weekend in August.

DICK FRaNCIS SUIte

A stately room situated on the first floor and again with superb views of the sea and coastline, this room is only available from the last weekend in July to the last weekend in August. Maximum numbers of 50 can be catered for and we regret that this suite is not suitable for evening receptions.

PLeaSe NOte: In order to give you the necessary attention we will require you to be seated for the wedding breakfast by 4pm at the latest. Please confirm times with the hotel before arranging your wedding service.

B O O K I N G C O N D I T I O N S F O R W E D D I N G SOur Terms & Conditions are designed to help both the hotel and our clients to plan a successful event and so that our respective requirements are fully taken into account.

Please let us know if you have any queries related to these conditions or if there is any further information or help that you need.

CONFIRMatION aND DePOSIt

Bookings will be treated as provisional until we receive the confirmation and requisite deposit. The provisional booking will be held for 14 days from the date of the enquiry and we reserve the right to release the booking if the confirmation and deposit are not received within this time.The deposit for Weddings in the Ballroom and Paris Singer Room is £1000.00 & the Isadora Duncan Suite is £500.00 which is non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the date.

eStIMateD INVOICeOur invoice for the provisional cost of the function will be submitted 3 to 4 weeks in advance of the date of the function.This invoice is payable in full not less than 7 days before the date of the function.

FINaL aCCOUNtThe cost of any additional items ordered or other price adjustments, will be rendered to you soon after the date of the function and is payable within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Any overpayment will be refunded to you within 7 days.

FINaL NUMBeRSPlease advise us of the final number of guests 48 hours before the date of the function; we regret that after this time we can make no allowance for guests who do not attend the function.

Your Wedding package must include a drinks package, sit down meal and evening buffet, any alterations to this must be sanctioned by the Managing Director.

CaNCeLLatION POLICYFor cancellation of a confirmed booking the following cancellation fee may apply:

CancellationWithin 1 month of the date of the function..................... 75%Within 6 months of the date of the function ................... 50%Within 9 months of the date of the function ................... 25%Over 9 months - no cancellation fee, deposit retained.

These percentages are calculated on the estimated revenue to the hotel through the sale of food and liquor, less one-third for non-consumption.

ROOM hIRe ChaRGeS• Civil Weddings See separate Tariff. The following room hire charges reserve the room from 8:30am to Midnight on the day of your Wedding.• Isadora Duncan Suite £250.00 - only chargeable should you not take both the Wedding Breakfast &

Evening Buffet • Ballroom - £500.00 - only chargeable should you not take both the Wedding Breakfast & Evening

Buffet or if the total wedding cost is under £4000.00.

It is possible to reserve the Reception room from 12 noon the day before if available at an extra charge of £200.00

Variations to these Booking Conditions can only be sanctioned by The Managing Director and are issued in writing.

aCCOMMODatION SPeCIaL

A concession is offered to guests attending your wedding as below:-

All our bedrooms have private bathrooms, Free Wifi, LCD hD T.V, Telephone,Tea making facilities. Many of the rooms are sea facing.

Book for 2 nights or more and receive £5.00 per person per night off the regular rate.

Our accommodation gets very busy therefore it is advisable to make any reservations

for bedrooms as soon as possible after confirming your wedding date.

Block Bookings - For the bride and groom to block book accommodation a £50.00

deposit per room is required.

Direct Guest Bookings - Accommodation is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Guest can book directly and pay a £25.00 per person non-refundable deposit.

Our bedrooms will be ready for check-in by 2.00pm, checkout time is 11am the next day.

Should guests require the bedroom to change in prior to the wedding they will be

required to book it for the night before.

Confetti - We kindly request only outside on the Terrace

Car Parking - We have a large Car park which is free to Wedding Guests, we do however strongly

advise guests to car share.

Dietary requirements - We are able to cater for most dietary requirements, please speak to your

wedding co-ordinator to discuss your needs

room Decorations - Should you wish to decorate the room the day before, you can reserve the

room from 12 noon (subject to availability) for £200.00. If the room is unavailable the day before,

suppliers will have access from 10:30am unless agreed otherwise with the Management

Fireworks - Can be arranged only through professional suppliers,

however it is dependent on them having access to the Beach

entertainment - If you are providing your own entertainment then

we will need to see a copy of the Public Liability insurance certificate.
