SPA WELLNESS JOURNEYS

Sea & Stone Experience This journey starts with a private consultation and aroma analysis with a spa therapist. Based on the results, the therapist will then select a special oil, which is mixed with mineral salts. The treatment begins with a foot bath ritual followed by a full-body exfoliation with the custom-blended salt scrub, leaving skin soft to the touch. Heated basalt stones individually pulled from California river beds and a deeply moisturizing, toning body lotion are used in an indulgent head-to-toe massage featuring a variety of techniques including long, smooth strokes, deep kneading, percussion and reflexology. The heated stones create paths of warmth across the body, which leaves a deep and rested feeling of balance with soft, hydrated skin.

Spa Hours The Spa is open daily from 9 AM–9 PM Tuesday through Saturday and 10 AM–7 PM Sunday & Monday

Facilities Here in our tranquil urban oasis, we have private treatment suites, each of which is furnished with your own shower, a fully appointed vanity and wardrobe. We are located on the 3rd floor of the Hotel. We offer our guests a reliable timetable to enjoy your time with us.

Spa Arrival We recommend that you check in at The Spa reception at least 5–10 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment, to allow for a leisurely check-in and consultation about your treatment.

Gratuities Providers will receive a 20% gratuity in the form of a service charge that will be added (for each service) on your final bill.

In-Room Treatments: A 50% privacy fee in the form of a service charge will be added to your final bill.

Appointment Information We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment is available. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will end at the originally scheduled time to prevent inconvenience to the next guest. The full treatment price will apply.

Cancellation Policy Please allow 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 100% charge. A credit card number is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee the appointment.

Health Conditions Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service when making your spa appointment.

Cleanliness In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.

Guests The Spa welcomes both hotel and outside guests to join us for treatments. Please note that the use of the Fitness Center is reserved for hotel guests only or when you book a personal fitness training session.
