Kaushika Madhavan

Kaushika is a Principal in the Mumbai office. He has extensive experience in

in the FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical and healthcare space on business

process re-engineering, growth strategy and supply chain strategy

engagements. He did his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. Kaushika likes to spend

his free time playing with his son and reading books.

Hemant Kalbag

Hemant is a Partner in the Mumbai office. He heads the consumer industries

and retail practice of the India unit. Hemant worked with the firm’s New York

office for six years before moving to India. Hemant has an MBA from the

Ross School of Business, University of Michigan. He is an avid golfer and

visits one new country every year with his family.

Gaurav Gupta (Manager)

Gaurav is a manager in the Delhi office and joined A.T. Kearney in 2005

after his MBA from IIM Calcutta. His areas of expertise include Entry

Strategy development, Turnaround Strategy development, Organization

Diagnostic and Program Management. In his free time Gaurav likes

travelling, playing snooker and his interests lie in dance and choreography.

Pameela Pattabiraman

Pameela is a Manager in the Mumbai office. She has worked extensively

across the firm’s Asia-Pacific offices on retail and consumer goods, financial

services, oil & gas, automotive and government engagements. She has an

MBA from IIM Calcutta. Pameela enjoys travelling, reading and shopping.

She also likes to do crosswords and visit amusement parks.

Gaurav Gupta

Gaurav is a Manager in the Delhi office. He has worked extensively in the

retail, infrastructure, IT, financial services, alternative energy and metals &

mining industries in the areas of strategy development and operational

excellence. Gaurav did his MBA from IIM Calcutta. Gaurav likes travelling

and playing snooker. He is also interested in dancing and choreography.

Arunav Tripathi

Arunav is an Associate in the Mumbai office. He has worked on market sizing

and growth related engagements in the retail, logistics and automotive

industries across the firm’s Asia-Pacific offices. Arunav has an MBA from IIM

Calcutta. He likes to spend his free time reading, playing the keyboard,

playing badminton and engaging in adventure sports.

Saumya Krishna

Saumya is an Associate in the Mumbai office. Saumya has worked

extensively in the retail sector on growth strategy, cost reduction and

implementation engagements. Saumya holds an MBA from IIM Bangalore. In

her free time Saumya likes to play badminton and watch F1 racing. She also

likes to travel and party.

Sivaram Kowta

Sivaram is a Manager in the Mumbai office. He has consulted clients in the

communications and hi-tech, consumer goods, energy and process

industries. He holds an MBA from IIM Calcutta. Outside of work, Sivaram

enjoys spending time reading, listening to music and staying updated on the

latest in the tech world.

Pravin Devanathan

Pravin is a Senior Business Analyst in the Mumbai office. He has worked with

clients across India, Europe and Australia in auto, aviation, apparel and

manufacturing industries. He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow. Besides being

a fitness freak, Pravin enjoys wildlife watching, photography, cricket and

horse riding.
