When I learned of the proposed joint-venture between TPSG and ASU, I was elated. I was excited because I know firsthand that Ms. Halres has worked diligently for several years to develop NuciearPro. This program was designed to change the way we educate nuclear security professionals, and I believe the ASU community will benefit greatly from such an academy. Ms. Halres has gained a wealth of knowledge leading the nation's first woman- and minority-owned business focused on providing security for critical infrastructures. Total Protection Services Global (TPSG) has worked to protect our country's most critical infrastructures and has been recognized by various organizations for outstanding service. I have developed a great working relationship with Ms. Halres during the past 8 years, and I believe she is a visionary leader with an innate ability to think critically in order to produce ideal results. For this, and many other reasons, I believe the private- public partnership will exceed expectations and catapult ASU as a leader in advancing nuclear security training and development. I believe Alabama State University will break barriers with this "think tank" for nuclear security enhancement because you have an innovative leader in Phrantceena Halres. It is evident that she has created NuclearPro Academy to advance scholarship in security; however, I know Ms. Halres strategically chose Alabama State University because she wants to empower and educate minorities so they have opportunities that are not often afforded; this is the essence of Phrantceena Halres. Constellation Energy Nuclear Group looks forward to working with TPSG and ASU to make NuclearPro a preeminent training facility for security practitioners nationally and abroad. I hope you understand the magnitude of what is happening: Ms. Halres' vision will be realized because it has joined forces with the action of this Board. Once the decision has been made, NuciearPro will take flight and set the standard for nuclear security training in higher education. I thank you in advance for reading this letter, and ask you to contact me at brew.barron@cengllc.com if you need additional information. Sincerely, Brew Barron, President and CEO Constellation Energy Nuclear Group

Dear Board of Trustees,

It is with great pleasure that I provide this letter of support on behalf of Total Protection ServicesGlobal (TPSG) as they seek to develop the first-ever NuciearPro Academy on the historic campus ofAlabama State University (ASU). When I learned of the proposed joint-venture between TPSG andASU, I was elated. I was excited because I know firsthand that Ms. Halres has worked diligently forseveral years to develop NuciearPro. This program was designed to change the way we educatenuclear security professionals, and I believe the ASU community will benefit greatly from such anacademy.

Ms. Halres has gained a wealth of knowledge leading the nation's first woman- and minority-ownedbusiness focused on providing security for critical infrastructures. Total Protection Services Global(TPSG) has worked to protect our country's most critical infrastructures and has been recognized byvarious organizations for outstanding service. I have developed a great working relationship with Ms.Halres during the past 8 years, and I believe she is a visionary leader with an innate ability to thinkcritically in order to produce ideal results. For this, and many other reasons, I believe the private-public partnership will exceed expectations and catapult ASU as a leader in advancing nuclearsecurity training and development.

I believe Alabama State University will break barriers with this "think tank" for nuclear securityenhancement because you have an innovative leader in Phrantceena Halres. It is evident that shehas created NuclearPro Academy to advance scholarship in security; however, I know Ms. Halresstrategically chose Alabama State University because she wants to empower and educate minoritiesso they have opportunities that are not often afforded; this is the essence of Phrantceena Halres.

Constellation Energy Nuclear Group looks forward to working with TPSG and ASU to makeNuclearPro a preeminent training facility for security practitioners nationally and abroad. I hope youunderstand the magnitude of what is happening: Ms. Halres' vision will be realized because it hasjoined forces with the action of this Board. Once the decision has been made, NuciearPro will takeflight and set the standard for nuclear security training in higher education. I thank you in advance forreading this letter, and ask you to contact me at [email protected] if you need additionalinformation.
