“Rejuvenating Employees”

IIMS is an institute which believes in

achieving high standards of performance

and achieving higher goals.

To maximize interaction among the team

members, and to rejuvenate the team for

the fresh session, the Institute organized

one day program for “Rejuvenating

Employees” on June 1, 2017at Adventure

plus.

The one day program was aimed at

encouraging trust, support, motivation and

team work among the team members. It

was a stimulating, fun experience,

supervised throughout by professionals.

The activity combined adventure sports

with fun so as to help further develop the

team skills in a broad range of team

working attributes. Faculties and staff

enjoyed various adventure activities like

riffle shooting, mine field, spider net, fire

tyre, bob wire crawling, bamboo hurdle,

tyre climbing, balance walk, cat walk,

Tarzan rope, commando net, rope bridge,

Burma bridge archery, rock climbing,

rappelling valley crossing etc.

Alumni Meet- 9th June 2017

Like every year, SaiBalaji Edcucation

Society organized alumni meet on 9th June

2017. The purpose of the meet was to

strengthen the alumni association and to

get new innovative ideas to set agenda to

take institute to the newer heights. The

meet was inaugurated with the auspicious

hands of founder president SBES Prof.

Manaish R Mundada. After formal

introduction the stage made open to alumni

to share their views and ideas.In the open

forum, Mr. Aniket Kadam student of first

batch of IIMS (Batch 2005-2007) shared

his journey of becoming entrepreneur and

motivated others to be an entrepreneur.

Mr.Devesh Singh (Batch 2007-2009)

shared his interview experience. He

stressed the importance of social

networking (Twitter, LinkedIn) in the

present competitive environment and he

also mentioned about the significance of

background screening.

3 Astute- 1-15 June 2017

The meet was attended by many alumni of

all the three institutes. On the occasion

Alumni of the Year Award was Declared

in favour of Mr. Aniket Kadam of batch

2005-2007

SaiBalaji Education Society Alumni

Association was also officially announced

on the occasion. After the Cake cutting

ceremony, vote of thanks was presented by

Prof. Pooja Karekar.

Annual General Meeting- June 2017

The annual General Meeting of IIMS was

organized on 15th June 2017 with an

agenda to review the past year performance

and to discuss plans and opportunities for

the year ahead. The meeting was attended
