All pricing is based on February 2014 material and/or labor costs. Any future escalation costs are specifically excluded.3. This pricing assumes that all work will be performed concurrently.4. Demolition Costs include Implosion. Asbestos costs not included, assumed complete.5. An Allowance (2% of the Sitework cost) has been included for traffic signal timing, revisions to concrete and revisions to gate structures in order to accommodate the extra traffic.6. This pricing excludes stages and temporary exhibits.
