    Construction Cost Summary -Site Study

    2 Phase 2 - Museum / Hardscape & Landscape 605,000 GSF $29.78/SF $18,018,884

    3 Phase 3 - Columns / Structural 385,000 GSF $45.35/SF $17,458,747

    Total Construction Costs 1,756,300 GSF $31.83/SF $55,903,841

General Clarifications1. Budget pricing is based upon "Astrodome Site Study" dated January 22, 2014 & "Narratives and Exhibits" document prepared by Walter P Moore dated January 18, 2013.2. All pricing is based on February 2014 material and/or labor costs. Any future escalation costs are specifically excluded.3. This pricing assumes that all work will be performed concurrently.4. Demolition Costs include Implosion. Asbestos costs not included, assumed complete.5. An Allowance (2% of the Sitework cost) has been included for traffic signal timing, revisions to concrete and revisions to gate structures in order to accommodate the extra traffic.6. This pricing excludes stages and temporary exhibits.

Based on ROM Estimate of $56M we suggest a $53M to $58M Budget.
