First Part

* The first part of this analysis covers the Moon's Nodes, which are the North and

South intersections of the Moon's elliptic orbit with the plane of the ecliptic.

* The second part is the interpretation of a "dark luminary", Lilith or the Black

Moon, which is the second focus of the ellipse travelled by the Moon around the earth,

which is considered to be the first focus.

The Moon’s Nodes : Their interpretation is particularly relevant in karmic

astrology, which is based on our personal past and on previous lives. In that sense, the

axis of the Moon's Nodes going from South to North is the growth that we have to

accept and go through during this lifetime; all this happens in a space-time that goes

beyond our current life. The South Node stands for the lessons from the past and the

North Node for the outcome of our growth. The tensions in our lives are often the result

of either a weak evolution in relation to the South Node, or, resistance to that evolution,

as if we were swimming upstream in a river.

Lilith or the Black Moon : This "black luminary" conveys extremely radical

concepts. Indeed, Lilith at the same time stands for our most ancestral memory, that of

an innate knowledge, of a consciousness and awareness as sharp as a blade, and on the

other hand, total rebellion, insubordination, the final "No" without concessions. It also

stands for the ambivalence between the almost compulsive desire for the symbolic

values of its sign-and-house placements, and the cut and dried refusal of those same

values. It is the symbol of extreme freedom with its dazzling joys but also the pain of

the "price to pay" for that very freedom.

Second Part

Based on Tradition, this part covers the analysis of the astrological houses; the houses

offer the advantage of providing precise and concrete information about our lives. Their

analysis has been divided into three categories ranked by importance:

1) The Cardinal Houses

2) The Fixed Houses

3) The Mutable Houses

The houses in turn divide into axes.

Note: Every house deals with several subjects, but for clarity purposes we have given

preference to certain themes.

Karmic Analysis: North Node in Aquarius

In the past, you developed a gigantic ego! Your strong will was geared to your

taste for power: indeed you possessed all the qualities required! You were in the public

eye as a patron surrounded by a court of flatterers who were satisfying your snobbery.

You had tremendous talents, but you were cultivating them exclusively for your

benefit, and you certainly succeeded. Unfortunately, all this implied a great contempt

for others, if not discrimination or even sheer racism... You were very gifted for

manipulation and didn’t refrain from utilizing people around you like "pawns" to your

exclusive service. Your great charisma was very useful, combined with a bizarre form of

generosity, in the sense that you rarely used it without ulterior motives but rather as an

additional weapon to subject others to your power. In short, you were the typical

aristocrat, almost coming from the Middle Ages, definitely gifted for commandment,

but a dashed tyrant, and finally fairly alone humanly speaking or in relationships.

Of course, your present lifetime is very destabilizing for you, because you still

tend to try and dominate others. Needless to say that marriage or associations are going

to be difficult if you put so little balance into partnership, demanding all rights and

accepting only few duties! You sometimes tend to confuse reality with artificialness,

because you lived so long in the clouds of power without sharing, and were

consequently very little aware of the world around you. Your tendencies from the past

could urge you to live withdrawn into yourself, like a hermit in the crowd, because you

are too disgusted with everything or too proud to seek out other people’s recognition!

On the other hand, you possess real abilities to adapt to the weirdest situations. You are

unpredictable to an excess, and whether your destiny is bright or strange, you will have

destabilized many people around you if you’re not able to hold back your instincts from

before. The solution to this headache lies in the idea of SERVICE: it is now your turn to

put your talents to the service of mankind (the only entity that is a match for you!) or to

develop ideals totally made of selflessness. You possess all the assets necessary to make

your life successful if you learn how to use your strengths in a fight for the weak, whom

Karmic Analysis : Noth Node in House 08

In previous lives, your personality was totally geared towards material

possessions and acquisitions, and the pleasure they gave you. That "possessiveness"

was just as much psychological as physical, and it applied also to relationships and sex.

Your great lust implied a disproportioned jealousy that matched your violent passions.

You were expending considerable energy to get what you wanted, but because you

were afraid of losing it, you were continually dissatisfied. In fact, you were utilizing

your energy negatively or for your own exclusive benefit, which was causing you to be

a passive "epicurean". Nothing was good enough: not fortune, not money, not pleasure,

not even love (if you can call that type of relationship "love"!). You were insatiable. You

didn’t do things halfway, but you were so nervously focused on accumulating your

riches, that you almost never dared to act positively, constructively or as a volunteer

outside of your own, well-protected field. As it often happens in such a case, your fear

of being "dispossessed" implied an extreme dependence on your environment, an

atrophy of your intellectual reflection and a lack of initiative to carve out a place for

This lifetime could be painful, because your mission, put maybe a little abruptly, is

to LOSE EVERYTHING IN ORDER TO BE REBORN. Since you have kept a great part

of materialism from before, it is not unusual that you succeed socially (besides, you

possess awareness and intellectual clarity), but you will have to fight continually in

order to get real acknowledged autonomy. You still have in you a mixture of laziness

and stubbornness, a kind of bad faith and guilty indulgence towards your own

weaknesses, which are obstacles to your growth. Moreover, you tend to persist with

your errors, because you find it very hard to backtrack: you want to change, but you

can’t seem to find the energy for it! Watch out, because if you decided to follow your

extremist tendencies, you could end up loathing yourself so much that you could

become destructive towards people around you... In short, you should expect a fairly

chaotic life with a lot of ups and downs, depending on whether you let yourself go and

stick to your old tendencies, or try to force yourself out of them. One of the first lessons

through some pain in this life by freely divesting yourself, and that symbolic "death"

will allow you to be born again, lighter and richer...

Delineation Black Moon in Aries

In Aries, the Black Moon acquires the spontaneity and impulsiveness characteristic

of that sign, which amplifies its violent aspect. You take risks by defying interdicts and

taboos with a sort of exhilaration. Your energy is as intense as destructive, and you

could cause people around you to leave you or run away: indeed, your "brutality" is

coupled with a blind and implacable demanding disposition. In fact, your burning

passion for everything that has to do with action, provocation, and hard-core fighting,

is a kind of compensation for your frantic desire to prove your abilities to everyone but

maybe even more to yourself... you challenge everybody and their brother without any

consideration for the cruelty that goes with living continually such paroxysmal

situations. You are really ready to sacrifice your life for your beliefs, but this implacable

extremism very often takes you onto uncontrollable paths or into situations that are

In the eleventh house, the Black Moon will make you outrageously demanding in

friendship and extremely selective in relationships. This intransigence is of course, and

as always with Lilith, double-edged: the abruptness of your judgements is likely to

alienate everyone around you! By wanting perfection too much in that area of life, you

could very well go from failure to failure, losing dear friends who would turn their

backs on you, or having to deal with painful betrayals. This instability in relationships

could harm your projects in general by creating continual hindrances to their

Analysis Houses 1-7

The first house gives us information about the personality and the will, and also about the body, its constitution and heredity. It partially determines the character. The seventh house is about associations, marriage, contracts and relationships (associative and social life, fashionable circles, ...).

Analysis Houses 4-10

The fourth house is related to the family, the home, places of residence, property, real estate, and the area where you live. The tenth house or Medium Coeli (M.C.) deals with the profession, honours and power. It represents destiny and career.

It is advisable to check very carefully all financial clauses of contracts and to resort

to loans as seldom as possible. Your wife is generally thrifty and can back you up
