• Goal: Resource Recommendation• AME submitted paper to MEMPR recommending
additional staff (competencies and locations incl.). Awaiting feedback.

Planning Process and Timing: Strategic and Annual Work Plans
• AME has a 5 year Strategic Plan that was in effect from 2013-2017 and extended by the Board for an additional year, to 2018.
• The survey conducted at Roundup, input from Regional Groups, Committees and Board will form the next Strategic Plan, expected to be for a four-year term (2018-2022).
