Email Notification• Once Submit is clicked, the Email notification is sent out to:

• Facilities• IT• WFM• HRIS• Site HR• Other account specific required departments

HRIS maintains the OESR distro list• The Email Notification can now be replied to, so departments involved willreply once deactivation is completed

Additional Notes• HRIS will be sending this week a distro list to Site HR for them to confirmif it is correct
