• This presentation will show you the enhancements for the Online ESR.Beginning implementation date, the Originator will not be directed to theMMM tool as Notifications will be incorporated within the Online ESR.

• The next few slides will show you the steps on how to process anotification.

• Select ESR for:• Regularization• Promotion• Merit• Rate Adjustment/Equity• Employee Status Change• Title Change• Job Level Change• Temporary Assignment

• Select Notification for:• Attrition• Transfer• Maternity Leave• Leaves more than 15 Days(to be tagged as inactivestatus)• Suspension• RTWO

Create Notification Form• Fill out the required fields• Click Submit once all fields are filled out

Email Notification• Once Submit is clicked, the Email notification is sent out to:

• Facilities• IT• WFM• HRIS• Site HR• Other account specific required departments

•

HRIS maintains the OESR distro list• The Email Notification can now be replied to, so departments involved willreply once deactivation is completed

Additional Notes• HRIS will be sending this week a distro list to Site HR for them to confirmif it is correct
