) Tec*nical %ssistance(

Fr *4'3 1rgrammes incl%ding 3A4A re&ie all s%r&eys, field

in&estigatins, designs, draings and s1ecificatins, recmmending

re%ired changes needed t 1r&ide mre csteffecti&e sl%tins5

'nslidate and 1r&ide technical g%idance and s%11rt t 1artners n all Infra

str%ct%re, shelter and related sectr iss%es ithin the AO3 in rder t ens%re

%ality, csteffecti&eness, s%stainability and en&irnmental s%ndness in theirim1lementatin5

Assist in re&ieing 1erfrmance, mnitr de&el1ment and e&al%ate
