Joseph often reflects on his 2013 trip to Narita, Osaka, and Kyoto Japan; Japanese Culture is perhaps Joseph’s favorite topic. He also has a large collection of Japanese music, and many pieces of Japanese art; and he learned to speak some Japanese on his 2013 trip to Japan.

JOSEPH’S WORK: SUMMARY: Joseph read part of the book “Hiroshima” by John Hersey, but was allowed to switch to other readings on Japanese culture on various websites and in some of his architectural books including “Japanese Gardens” by Guenther Nitschke.
