How to create a Table.
Firstly, open the Windows and choose Microsoft Office Access as shown above.
Click on the Blank database to make a new work. Then, click create on the right side to proceed it.

How to create a Query
Firstly, click create and choose the ‘query’ type to be used.
It will appear like this if you click on ‘query wizard’ to make a new query.

How to create a Form
Firstly, click create and choose the types of form that will be used.
Then, the menu will appear. Double-click on the available fields and click next.
Second menu will appear and choose the type of layout for the form. Then, click next.
Lastly, type the title for the form and click finish. Done..
How to create a Report
Firstly, click create and choose report.
It will appear like this. Fill the blank space based on our work. Done..
How to create a Relationship
To start creating relationship, go to Database Tools and click on the relationships.
After that, choose either one of the table or both the tables. Then, click Add.
It will appear like this. Make sure that the primary key is on the Table 2.
Double-click at the table 2 that has the primary key and the menu above will appear. Click create new to proceed.
Next, the menu will be like this. Choose the left and right table name with what you want to fill and same goes to the left and right column name. Then just click ok.
It will be like this at the end. Now you have finished to create a relationship. Done..
