Scenario
You are working as a consultant on the efficient and effective
use of computer technology in the workplace and have been
invited into an organisation to research how social media and
communication technologies are used, and the impact of these
on individuals, organisations and society.
Task 1
Prepare a report that explains different social media and
communication technologies used in the organisation
(P3), and review the impact on individuals, the
organisation and society (M3). This should include both
positive and negative points (D3).
