A female graduated student who just start her 1st internship, which the area she will work on is not fit her major in school.
ONE of the IDEAS
Learning by workingBecause I think the best way to find out if the internship she has chosen is fit to her and is the job she love to do, even though it's not fit for her major before.

• IDENTIFY:to identify the routine and working process
and what she’s good at and where she has difficulty.
• IMMERSEImmerse herself totally in her work and
experience the whole working style and process
• REFRAMERestructure her own style and fit to the real
working style, mix and match.
The Stakeholder has quickly adapted to the real-world business.
Every work assigned to her are simple ones that she could not tell that if she is really good at those work.
Because the ‘IMMERSE’ ,the girl was enjoying the working process very much.
Base on different work and projects. Shall her start overThis process again and again to experience and understand ?
Ask for more opportunitiesTo experience different project to know the work in different aspects.

( WORKING PROCESS !!! )
• IDEATE• BUILD• TEST
• Just like the process to draw and take ideas from the ideas pool and then work on some specific ideas and test during the process. But this process need the stakeholder to do it by herself.
FEEDBACKTime is not enough to have this whole process to be work out by the stakeholder. And because only one week for her, she just got used to the working environment.
