Sleep Marc sets an alarm at home that reminds either him or his Wife that its time to move towards BED! An email is sent to Marc from his Wife, who is usually waiting for him at home! Marc is getting stuff done and being productive. Marc gets a reminder through his calendar entry that he needs to go to bed in 2 hours. Marc moves starts to wrap up what he’s doing and gets a reminder through an alarm on his phone. Marc comes home and goes to bed.

Working Out

Members coordinate workouts or gym times.

Weekly group workouts ensureeach member’s participating individually

and provides support.

Member finds relay race that is within capability of group members.

Group signs up on Facebook page and part of email distro list and finds a charity to donate

to.

Members set goals for self on Facebook page.

Group competes together and celebratesbroader accomplishment of achieving goal together.
