VR104Assess the client and implement holistic crystal therapy
The aim of this unit is to develop your knowledge and understanding of crystal therapy. You will be able to specify descriptive methodology in conformity with crystal theory and relate it to the use of crystals on clients in a safe manner. Crystal therapy is a healing treatment that is not based on modern scientific practices. However, it is a subject of some complexity and its adherents require a qualification that regularises data within a framework that is insurable. It therefore provides what is necessary for this particular skill to be applied and thus is the primary building block for a potential lifetime study.

Achieving observations and range
VR1044
Achieving observation outcomes Achieving range
Your assessor will observe your performance of practical tasks. The minimum number of observations required is indicated in the evidence requirements section of this unit.
Criteria may not always naturally occur during a practical observation. In such instances you will be asked to produce supplementary evidence to demonstrate your competence in this area. Your assessor will document the criteria that have been achieved by producing supplementary evidence.
Your assessor will sign off an outcome when all criteria have been competently achieved.
The range section indicates what must be covered. Ranges should be practically demonstrated as part of an observation. Where this is not possible other forms of evidence may be produced. All ranges must be be covered.
Your assessor will document the portfolio reference once a range has been competently achieved.
