Assembly Of Model: Go to proe open new >assemble >and insert the base of model and set it default and ok.The base part is assembled. Now insert dash board mate the dashboard lower surface with inner surface of base mate the one side with one side wall of base and mate the back side of dashboard with surface of base to fully constraint the dashboard in base.

Assembly Of Model:

Go to proe open new >assemble >and insert the base of model and set it

default and ok.The base part is assembled.

Now insert dash board mate the dashboard lower surface with inner

surface of base mate the one side with one side wall of base and mate the

back side of dashboard with surface of base to fully constraint the

dashboard in base.

Insert steering and align the middle axis of steering with middle axis of

steering extrude cylinder and mate the steering surface with dashboard

surface.

Insert gear part of jeep and align the middle axis with base extrude cylindric

surface center axis and mate the lower surface of gear with upper surface

of base where to place the gear.

Insert seat and mate the lower surface of seat with upper surface of base

where we have to place the seat .

Now mate the back side of seat with inner surface of base with offset of

394.0 and mate the one side of seat with side of base with offset of 39 to

apply fully constraint. Repeat same procedure for second seat.

Insert tire cover and mate the tire cover front with DTM1 of base with

offset 147

Mate the tire cover top with base DTM 2 with offset13.38 and tangent the

curve surface of tire with curve surface of tire protrusion.

Insert the rim mate the tire cover right plane with front plane of rim with

offset 51.25

Mate the Rim Right plane with tire front plane with offset 0f 3.13 and top

plane with top plane with offset 2.63.

Similarly we constraint the ramming tires and rim.

Insert the front frame assemble file and Mate the frontframe DTM with gear front plane and

mate the front cover ASM_front plane with Asm_right plane of base.

For fully constraint the frame mate the front frame lower surface with base uper surface.

Insert upper cover of jeep and align the back side with back side of base

with offset 1.50.

Mate the one side (right) of uper cover withleft side of base with offset 399.38 and fully

constraint align the front plane of uper cover with Dtm of base with offset 673.

Insert the axel.prt file and align the middle point of axel with middle point

of rim and mate the Front plane of axel with Front of rim with offset of 10

For fully constraint mate axel right with rim top plane with offset of 270.

For back (extra) tyre insert rim.prt file and align middle axis of rim with middle axis of extrude

surface cylinder we made on base of jeep and mate the rim surface with surface of base.

Inser tyre cover.prt file and mate the front plane of tire with right plane of rim with offset 260.

Align the tire cover right plane with front plane of rim with offset of 41.

Assembly is complete and color the model .The fianl shape of jeep is
