UN-BREAK YOUR RESOLUTIONIf there was a way to measure the number of un-kept New Year’s resolutions, what do you think that number would be?Think of all of the unused gym memberships, broken diets, budgets forgotten and new hobbies that have been quickly cast aside. Why does that happen? Why are so many of us in such a hurry to get right back to where we started?
We’ve all missed resolutions – that’s the wonder of life. Each January we get a clean slate to decide what we want to do differently and how we want to be better than last year. Successful people do something that others don’t. They believe. We’ve all heard the Henry Ford quote, “Whether you think you can, or
think you can’t – you’re right.” That’s one of the things that makes Forever so magical to those who are willing to work hard.
Forever gives ordinary people the opportunity to live extraordinary lives if they believe they can and commit to doing things differently. You get to be the author of your own story and decide how it ends. Think of how powerful that is!
As you plan your year and set out your resolutions, ask yourself what you’re truly willing to do differently to accomplish your goals. Then do it and stick to it!
Only you can decide if this year will end differently to those that came before. Set your sights on Chairman’s Bonus, join us at next year’s Global Rally (which will be at an amazing destination) or help more customers by sharing your favourite products – it’s up to you!
You have everything that you need to be successful. I can’t wait to see everything you can accomplish in this New Year!
Forever Yours,
Rex MaughanChairman and CEO

5BOB’S MESSAGE
MAINTAIN YOUR FOCUS IN 2016I wish you all a very healthy, happy and prosperous 2016. Thank you for making 2015 one of our best years ever: I am writing this article before we have finalised the year end figures, but it looks as if the UK is close to 70% growth, and Ireland has also grown by over 20%.
There is a great sense of anticipation and excitement as to what the future holds. Whilst we continue to grow significantly, we still have not maximised our potential; there are still literally millions of people who are yet to hear of us and our amazing products.
We have now begun a great month, and it’s certainly one for sharing the Forever opportunity with new prospects (many of whom will have reflected on their future and be receptive to hearing about how Forever could help them change their circumstances).
I hope that over the holiday period you have taken some time out to dream about how you would like your future to look. Have you written down your goals, giving them detail and life? And have you worked out your daily plan to bring you closer to them? The achievement of your goals will now require you to maintain your focus; the hard work that you put in to your business during the earlier months of the year will be rewarded as the year finishes, and historically this is the best time of the year to be as active as possible. Actions that we take now will typically be rewarded in two to three months’ time, so staying focused and maintaining activity is critical. The work you do now will provide the foundations of success this year. Jim Rohn quotes, “Life responds to deserve and not to need. It doesn’t say, ‘If you need you will reap’, it says, ‘If you plant you will reap’.”
The ability to stay focused is not a gift or talent, it is a decision. A common misconception is that successful people don’t wrestle with the same things that less successful people wrestle with each day. In reality, successful people wrestle with all of the same things that less successful people wrestle with – they just win more battles!
There is an ancient proverb that says, ‘In all toil there is profit. But mere talk tends only to want’. That is a gentle way of saying that talk is cheap. Profit, wealth, and peace of mind come to those who quietly and diligently do what is before them each day. They stay focused. They are constantly aware of what they want in the future and they do what is necessary on a daily basis to move closer toward their goal.
Stay focused and let’s have another fantastic year, and be sure to book your tickets for our upcoming Success Days at which we will be recognising our top achievers for 2015.
Good luck in all that you do.

9F.I.T. FOCUS
In October 2015 Neil became the British and Commonwealth Professional Boxing Champion. This achievement is amazing in itself, but what makes his story truly astonishing is that, in 2011, Neil got attacked in Nottingham town centre. He was stabbed nine times and ended up spending five hours in theatre undergoing a serious operation! Thankfully the brilliant doctors and nurses at Queen’s Medical Centre were able to save Neil, but he was told the extent of his injuries meant he may never live a normal life again…
“I had to have the top half of my left ear reattached, I had a punctured lung, which was also separated from the cavity wall, then several stab wounds in my back; my side was opened up like a can of beans and I was also stabbed in the top of my head – how I survived is a total miracle,” Neil explains.
The impact it had on Neil’s life was beyond belief and for the next two years he had difficulty sleeping, constantly suffering from recurring nightmares: “I struggled to train and sunk into a deep depression, gained over three stone in weight, and I was advised I’d never fight again.”
Despite this – through hard-work, determination and an amazing mindset – Neil started on his slow road to recovery, and although he has faced so many obstacles, he has not let anything stand in the way of him achieving his goal of being in the ring again.
“My children, Sasha and Phoenix, still managed to keep me smiling; they gave me hope every day so I kept fighting – I was determined to get back to my old self. Then, after a friend died in a tragic
accident, I promised myself that I would fight again; I wanted to raise money for the family he left behind. And since I am a man of my word, that promise was the fuel that started me back on my boxing journey”, says Neil.
In January 2014 Neil found Empire Boxing, a boxing gym run by Richard Wheldon. This discovery helped Neil start on his recovery and within nine weeks he had lost three stone, competed in a match and won! “I now have had another four bouts winning an English title, a Five Nations title, and I’m now the current British and Commonwealth Champion,” Neil says.
Fast-forward to January 2016 and Neil has now sold over 120 C9s (as well as other Forever products), he’s completed the entire F.I.T. programme and he continues to actively sell the products to his clients at the gym where he works as a personal trainer and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) instructor. This is in fact the same gym where Neil discovered Empire Boxing in 2014; Empire Boxing is based downstairs and Neil runs his MMA school, ‘Strike or Submit’, upstairs in the same building.
Neil’s story proves that you can never know where life is going to take you, but through determination, hard work and a focused mindset, you can achieve incredible things.Fitness and Forever
It was February 2015, after becoming reacquainted with an old school friend, that Neil first discovered Forever. The friend, James Wright, went to see Neil for a one-to-one session at the gym, and since James and his wife Nicola are Forever Business Owners, conversation naturally turned to Forever and the products – especially the C9. Neil decided to try the C9 and then joined Forever the following week!

a growing Manager business and we are really looking forward to achieving Eagle Manager and Chairman’s Bonus in 2016. The future is so exciting and I feel incredibly lucky to be a part of this amazing journey. shots of Argi+, and my supply of Forever Active Boost and Vitolize for Women – all these products contain either vitamin C or B6 which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue – there is no way that I would have been able to continue for over ten hours!
Before the race I never for one moment thought that I would fail, and I apply the same thinking to my Forever business. My advice to anyone would be to keep going – anything is possible if you put your mind to it. Today Mark and I have
I have six-year-old twin girls, Harriet and Isabella, and I found the first three years of their lives pretty tough. As a result I spent a lot of time behind closed doors feeling really unhappy. I was introduced to Forever – and the C9 – by my brother’s better half, Kim Redpath. I decided to give it a go and, nine days later, people commented that I looked really well (I think it was the ‘aloe glow’). Several friends decided that they also wanted to do the C9 and that’s how my Forever business – and my confidence – was born.
Fitness and sport have always played an important part in my life. My father runs ultra-marathons and my husband, Mark, has completed two Ironman competitions. Both have had a very successful 2015 and they have both integrated a range of Forever products into their training regimes. Last year Mark achieved a personal best at Ironman Copenhagen. He knocked one hour seven minutes off his time and, due to a foot injury, he actually trained less than he had previously! Mark can’t speak highly enough of the products and he is now a complete Forever convert, never without his daily dose of Argi+, Forever Freedom, Forever Arctic Sea, Forever Active HA, A-Beta-Care and Forever Multi-Maca.
I too have always played sport, but I’ve also battled with my weight for years; I never had the confidence to sign up to a ‘proper’ challenge before. However, last year, two friends, my sister, and I, decided to sign up for an adventure challenge in the Lake District called ‘Race the Sun’. Starting at sunrise and finishing by sunset, this challenge involved cycling fifty miles, climbing Helvellyn (3,116ft) and canoeing across Lake Thirlmere. We trained for ten months and managed not only to successfully complete the challenge, but we were also the second fastest female team (finishing in ten hours and twenty-two minutes). If it wasn’t for the Forever Aloe Vera Gel, my pre-training

FARMS, FAMILY AND FOREVERRachel grew up in rural Northumberland and since she’s from a farming family she always thought she would end up working with animals; that was until she discovered Forever…
Sponsor // Rosemary Sharp
Senior Managers // Rachel and Nick Walton
"Since making this change I have achieved Eagle Manager, Forever2Drive, qualified for Chairman’s Bonus and Global Rally, and my business has quadrupled."
I left school after my GCSEs and went to agricultural college to complete a diploma, but I left after the first year as I didn't enjoy being stuck in the classroom. Instead I moved to Aberdeen to work on a farm with around 2,000 pigs, but I soon fell restless so moved back home to train as a dog groomer. After a few months I opened my own store and three years later I opened a pet store as well. I thought I was set up for life!
When I was approached by an FBO it was more about the products. I decided to try them so I joined the business as a Novus Customer simply so I could get the discount – I had no intention of doing the business as I already had two! However, as I used the products I saw great benefits and my friends and family were curious as to what I was doing differently – that’s how my business started.
It took me around six months to get to the Manager position, something I thought was so unachievable in the beginning, but during this time I was still working my other businesses full-time and I even got married to my wonderful husband Nick. I was very keen to keep building my Forever business alongside my other two, but a few months later my house was literally struck by lightning and I was made homeless. I had no choice but to move in with my parents, and to top it off I was six months into an awful pregnancy; consequently my business didn't grow the way I wanted it too!
A few months later, after having my daughter Hollie, I decided that the stress attached to traditional business wasn’t worth it. I had received a £3,000 bonus payment from Forever which gave me the confidence to sell my shops, focus
on Forever and become a stay-at-home mum. Since making this change I have achieved Eagle Manager, Forever2Drive, qualified for Chairman’s Bonus and Global Rally, and my business has quadrupled. The best thing about Senior Manager is that my mother-in-law was my second Manager; it’s enabled her to retire from her midwifery job and we get to work together, which is such a lovely thing to do. Our lives have changed completely and we have built a wonderful new home on our own farm, I get to hang out with my daughter, she gets to see her daddy working on the farm, and we all get to enjoy life!

19RECOGNITION
Seven years ago, after having her first daughter, Clare Graham returned to work as a part-time housing officer. But the part-time income proved a struggle; she needed to find something more flexible…
"You don’t have to recruit hundreds of people to be successful; I only actually introduced about forty-two people, but I’ve helped them develop their own teams – now the team’s grown to over 1,300 people!"
How did you discover network marketing?I needed something that would enable me to work from home as my partner, David, worked long hours as a manager at the local council. I found a job collecting and delivering catalogues which I worked at for four years. Part of the role involved building a team of your own, and although I only had a small team that never really made much money, my eyes were opened to the world of network marketing. I began to look for other opportunities and I tried a couple of others but unfortunately they didn’t work for me. One of the companies even went bust and I lost all my money! Despite this I knew network marketing was what I wanted to do, and thankfully a video of Claire Spencer led me to Forever. I started immediately – you can imagine what David said when I told him I’d started yet another business, but I knew I’d prove him wrong – and through word of mouth my retail base grew.
What do you think helped you progress? When I set about building my team I spoke to everyone about the opportunity, and although it was harder to convince people that this opportunity was worth a look, eventually they were sold on the idea. You don’t have to recruit hundreds of people to be successful; I only actually introduced about forty-two people, but I’ve helped them develop their own teams – now the team’s grown to over 1,300 people!
I had no special skills or real experience, and my confidence was at rock bottom after the three failed businesses, but I still had the drive and ambition to succeed. Forever has given me my confidence back. In fact, I now have more confidence than I’ve ever had before in my life. I managed to reach Manager in twelve weeks and for the first time in my life I felt successful. I also focused on the amazing incentives that Forever has to offer, and this focus meant I achieved everything on the Marketing Plan.
Forever’s training is excellent and since a lot is online I could really get stuck in. I have also gained a lot from the Dave O’Connor mindset course and through studying other leaders in network marketing, such as Tom ‘Big Al’ Schreiter and Erric Worre.
My income is now twelve times more than what I earned as a part-time housing officer – I earn more in a month now than what I earned in a whole year!
This has allowed me to give up my job and spend more time at home – I now have two daughters who love their time with mummy! I have been on five holidays this year; we both now drive our dream cars and we have been able to renovate our home. I finally feel successful and I have made so many more great friends through Forever – work doesn’t feel like work anymore!
What advice would you give Managers trying to reach the Soaring milestone?Work closely with the people you recruit; it is so rewarding watching your team on stage knowing you’ve helped to change their lives. Help them with their first launch, plug them into trainings, sizzles, Business Presentations, etc. and help them to follow the simplicity of the Marketing Plan. You will need to coach them to communicate with others and help them to develop their people skills so that they can speak about the business with confidence. I find that creating their own ‘script’, one that invites people to look at the Forever opportunity, can help build their confidence. When someone is new to the business their self-belief is often low; encouraging them until they gain this self-belief is crucial. Mindset is the most important aspect of being successful, but you have to work on this daily.

Forever | December 2015Forever | January 2016
23RECOGNITION
Abigail and her husband Aarran traded in their work-filled world in favour of a lifestyle that is full of travel, time and family…
How did you hear about Forever?Just over two years ago I had some hair extensions put in for my wedding and I met Louise Mackenzie. We were definitely destined to meet; we got chatting about life and about this opportunity and I guess you could say the rest is history. Who would have thought that two years later that lady would be my sponsor in a business that has given us both the life of our dreams? I will be forever grateful to have met Louise and to have had her training and guidance.
What strategies have you adopted to help you work the business?I’m not naturally an organised person but I quickly realised time management and planning would be key. For the first year of my business I was still working full-time and commuting four hours a day; this was hard going with a two-year-old and a husband who also worked a fifty-hour week! I’ve now learnt to utilise my time both wisely and productively, but I’ve also connected with my goals. I wear my ‘why’ like a coat of armour; nothing will prevent me from becoming a success for my family. My attitude, passion and energy developed this business, and I’ve never lost focus or excitement for helping others achieve.
How has achieving Sapphire benefitted your family?Sapphire has given us something that no amount of money can buy – each other. We now spend our days together as a family, we don’t have the pressures of a usual working day, and we don’t need help with childcare. I always knew I wanted to be the mum at the school gates, but it was even more rewarding to see Aarran as the proud dad. Sapphire has given us our dream home and an additional income in the form of a Gem Bonus; this pays us more than both of our previous annual salaries combined on top of an already life-changing income provided by Forever!
This last year I have seen so much of the world and I am just so grateful. I was never well-travelled before but now I have made memories that will last a lifetime. But the most special thing that Forever has given me actually makes me cry… before Forever I had never felt like I was worth much; I believed I was
of no benefit to others and suffered with low self-esteem. Having a debilitating condition meant I had spent the last nine years feeling useless. Some days I struggle to put on my shoes and I am unable to lift my son ninety-nine percent of the time, but Forever has given me that self-worth. I may not be the mum that he can physically play and run around with, but I am the mum who has enabled the people he loves most in the world to be by his side every day. I promised him I would change our lives and that I would never miss another Christmas party and I meant it.
I would like to say a special thank you to Ange Loughran; Ange believed in me before I even believed in myself and she’s been by my side mentoring me every step of the way. She will always be my inspiration and one of the best friends I have ever had. I would also like to thank my husband, he encouraged me to find my wings and fly, my mum for supporting me every step of the way, and of course I would also like to send a heartfelt thank you to my wonderful team.

SUCCESS EXPRESS 2016Tickets for all 2016 Success Express events are now on sale! This year’s events will be bigger and better than ever before, and our England-based events will now be delivered over two days.
The new two-day format will allow time for more training sessions as well as the usual content you’d expect from Success Express (recognitions, shopping, product launches and demonstrations), but the weekend will also include special VIP events and bespoke trainings for Managers. February’s event will also announce who the UK Top 20 FBOs were for 2015.
We recommend that you attend both days of the Success Express weekend if you can. However, one-day tickets will be available if this is not possible. Tickets cost £30 for one day or £50 for the full weekend.
Tickets will be available from foreveruktickets.co.uk from January 5th but don’t forget that you can already book your hotel at a reduced rate. Please visit foreverknowledge.info/index.php?id=74750 and follow the instructions on the page.
We look forward to celebrating with you throughout 2016.

Don’t forget that you are only allowed to market Forever products using the pre-designed adverts supplied by Head Office. These adverts are available to download from foreverknowledge.info or you can buy printed versions from forever.webstore.uk.com.
EVENT LOYALTY CARDSJust a reminder that the event loyalty cards will no longer be valid at Success Express events or at any other Head Office training that takes place in 2016. These loyalty cards – previously used to collect stamps that, once complete, would lead to a free event – have been discontinued since the structure of Forever’s events and trainings is changing over the coming year.
Dan PriestTime at Forever: Two-and-a-half yearsJob role and brief explanation of what you do:I’m the Assistant Manager of Warwick Product Centre. I help to run the centre on a day-to-day basis, ensuring we hold enough stock to meet the growth of sales, dealing with all sorts of queries, and I also get to meet lots of new people. What I love about my job is that every day is different. What did you do before Forever?I worked for Forever part-time whilst I was studying for my A-levels. Since finishing these I have worked for Forever full-time.What’s your favourite Forever product and why?The Forever Aloe Berry Nectar has got to be my favourite product as I’ve felt so many benefits since taking this. What would you do if you were given £1 million today?I would definitely go travelling around the world, especially to Australia. I would also take my family on a lot of holidays, and of course buy the car of my dreams – a Ferrari F12!What three things do you want to accomplish in your life?I’d like to go into property developing as I hope to have my own collection of houses; I would also like to travel the world, but, most importantly, I’d like to just enjoy life.If you could have dinner with anyone in the world, who would you choose?Michael McIntyre would be a great dinner guest! I think his stand-up performances are one of the best; he would definitely have me laughing throughout the evening.
VALENTINE'S DAYKeep an eye on social media during the first two weeks of February and make sure you engage with our Valentine’s Day posts. Get involved and you could have the chance of winning £500 in travel vouchers.
