WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE CLINIC

Each ridden session is in form of a private one to one lesson. The off horse session can bedone as a group of 4, shared with another rider or private. My focus as a coach is on correct, functional biomechanics of the rider and wellness of thehorse. I do not use any training gadgets but instead aim to develop athletic ability in the horse viathorough coaching of the rider. It is more fun than it sounds ;)

We will start with a chat about your current training, yourgoals and difficulties you are having. It doesn't matter howbig or small your aims are!

We will then move onto the ridden session - bothflatwork/dressage and jumping sessions can be booked.

Depending on your riding problems you might need todismount a couple of times to have a go at some simple, fun exercises that make a big difference to rider's feel andperception of movement.

I will video parts of the lesson for visual feedbackafterwards.

After the ridden session and once you made your horsecomfortable, we will have a look at the footage and come upwith a plan to solve at least couple of the issues you mighthave! During this off-horse session we will also do some balanceand seat exercises tailored to your training needs.
