Property Manager Cheshire £28,000 to £30,000 package Summary of position: • Flexible position with some home working • Management of Developments in the North West • Career progression Job details: We have a new opportunity for a Property Manager based in the Cheshire area overseeing a portfolio of residential blocks and estates. This is a flexible role with some home working as well as office working. This is a new opportunity with a professional and organised firm of Managing Agents. They are looking to add a dedicated block manager/property manager to oversee a number of residential developments. You will be responsible for carrying out site inspections, service charge budgeting, Section 20, carrying out meetings, liaising with leaseholders and contractors and overseeing H&S. We are looking for someone with experience in residential block management who is keen to progress their career further.
