SITE VISIT REIMBURSEMENTAspen Chamber Resort Association will reimburse your site visit airfare when you contract a qualifying program with one of our Aspen properties. You must submit a new RFP through the Aspen Chamber Resort Association for distribution to our Aspen properties. Group must contract a minimum of 20 sleeping room nights at one of our participating properties. Airfare will be reimbursed upon Aspen Chamber Resort Association’s receipt of a signed copy of the hotel contract for your Aspen program. Reimbursement for airfare will be extended to one representative per contracted program. Restrictions may apply.
GREEN MEETINGSAspen is surrounded by White River National Forest and prides itself on being a leader in environmentally conscious and sustainable practices that help minimalize the impact on the environment. Seventy-five percent of the town’s electricity comes from renewable sources, and Aspen boasts several Green Seal-certified hotels. To incorporate sustainable practices into your Aspen meeting, the Aspen Chamber can provide resources to help you source sustainably produced and local food; reduce, reuse and recycle and integrate corporate social responsibility into your meeting or incentive.
