Admission Requirements Admission to the program will be competitive and on the basis of a completed undergraduate degree from an approved institution, with relevant qualifications in the following disciplinary areas:

• property, building, quantity surveying, construction management, construction economics; and/or

• related disciplinary areas including business, finance and commerce. A minimum of two year relevant work experience in a property or property related field is required, including property management, facilities management, land development, investment analysis, valuation, planning, project management, quantity surveying and other allied areas of professional practice. You may join the program by commencing in any trimester of the year.

A crossed cheque amounting HK$13,750 per course payable to “Asian Institute of Built Environment Limited”, 8 courses in total for the whole MoP program. You may normally register 2 courses per trimester.

The tuition fees should be paid to AIBE (Asian Institute of Built Environment) on or before Friday of the first week of every trimester.

Remarks 1. You may be asked to submit course syllabus/description of courses as stated in the

transcript/certificate of your previous academic qualifications. 2. AIBE reserves the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient enrolment or unforeseen

difficulties arising from mounting the course. 3. Tuition fees of courses paid are not refundable, except in the event of a course being over-

subscribed or cancelled. 4. When the processing and consideration of all applicants for a particular program have been

completed, a. the application documents of unsuccessful candidates will be destroyed; and b. the application documents of successful candidates will become part of the student files, and

such data will thereafter be handled by AIBE staff. 5. Under the provisions of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, applicants have rights to request

access to, and to request the correction of, their personal data. Applicants wishing to access or make corrections to their data, must submit written requests to AIBE.
