Ashoka Infraenergy Projects Limited, promoted by Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh

proprietor Ashoka Property Developers, with a vision to contribute to the growing

demands in the infrastructure sector across the country. Ashoka Property Developers

(APD) has over a decade experience in earthwork and excavation projects. The

company, lead by team of project management professionals, constructs, manage

landfill, grade, dig ponds, ditches, washes and much more. APD has over 10 years

experience managing landfill operations and building buttresses for our customers.

APD has participated and successfully completed diverse projects within the

country. The promoters have now converted the proprietorship firm into a public

limited and therefore the name of the company got changed to Ashoka

Infraenergy Projects Limited (AIPL).

BACKGROUND

OF ASHOKA PROPERTY DEVELOPERS (APD)

We are pleased to introduce ourselves as contractors in the field of earth works,

Civil works, Road works, deep excavation, hard rock cutting, blasting operations,

land development related works and infrastructure jobs of small and large values

having a track record of successful completion of works in the past Ten years.

We have successfully completed prestigious projects for premier private

organizations of India and Government Departments. We have acquired Sufficient

Experience and skills to manage and handle projects of small and large values.

Our company comprises of multi -disciplinary team of qualified engineers,

technicians and skilled workers backed by hard earned experience in construction

using heavy earth moving equipments and transportation equipments of various

makes/latest models.

We have sufficient equipments, plants and machinery, in excellent conditions

ready for working at various sites. All equipments are periodically maintained by

authorized representatives of manufacturers and continuously maintained and

monitored by experienced team of mechanics working under qualified engineers.

We take all measures to ensure the completion of work within the stipulated

period and maintain the quality of work as per the specifications. We have worked as

per various national and international standards to the entire satisfaction of our

clients and consultants.

APD has been providing quality construction services since the early 2000's. From

small culvert replacement jobs to complex highway interchange projects, the

company has completed projects within the cities and states across the country. Our

experienced teams of project personnel and our extensive construction equipment

fleet are well-positioned to handle grading projects of any size.

• EARTHWORK EXCAVATION

Moving mass quantities of dirt has been a trademark of APD for almost 10

years. APD's extensive fleet of earthwork equipment has moved hundreds

of thousands of cubic yards of earth on different projects across the

country.

• ROCK EXCAVATION

APD's skilled rock excavation crews make the drilling, blasting, removing,

and transportation of even the toughest rock ledges look easy. APD takes

every precaution available to make sure that no person or structure in the

surrounding areas is affected by blasting operations.

• SUBGRADE TREATMENT :

APD takes pride in building roads that last and have a smooth ride. Both of these qualities

are dependent on first building a solid base foundation. APD excels at laying base rock: we

know our rock provides an ideal surface on which to pave, and our base rock laying crews

have placed countless tons of road rock on projects across the country. When the soils are

soft and require extra manipulation, we can mix soil stabilizing products, such as fly ash

and lime, into the sub-grade to create a firm foundation for our pavement construction.

• STORMWATER DRAINAGE

All of our projects require a quick and clean movement of water both through and off the

construction area. APD performs the construction and installation of storm water pipes,

culverts, and inlets for storm water management. We also develop a project-specific Storm

Water Pollution Prevention Plan to control soil erosion and ensure the water leaving the

project meets the environmental standards for construction projects.
