Proposing for establishment of ACR letter dated March 2011 by six AMS namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Thailand and Viet Nam. The letter was forwarded by CPR Chair to SG in his letter No. D-0028/WATAPRI/IV/2011 dated 8/4/2011. SG, in response, wrote to CPR in his letter No. APSC/ER1/133/ACTC-ASEAN Committee in Rome/002 Dated 11/4/2011 seeking CPR consideration and recommendation to AFMs for endorsement of the proposal. AFM formally endorsed the establishment of the ACR on 19 August 2011.
