Debido a Covid tenemos que hacer algunos cambios en nuestros stands y

haremos las cosas de manera diferente y más segura. Tendremos tu

favorita comida ... Lumpia, carne en un palito, tacos, linguica,

hamburguesas, hot dogs, productos horneados, batidos de leche, aguas

frescas, vino, cerveza, margaritas, agua, y sí ... ¡hasta sangrías y churros!

Tendremos juegos, Kiddieland, bingo y entretenimiento. Incluso hay una

subasta silenciosa donde puede ofertar en línea. Y quién sabe... podría

haber algunas sorpresas.

Estamos emocionados de poder unirnos como parroquia para celebrar la

gran parroquia que somos. Todo el dinero que recaudemos irá

directamente a la parroquia. Pero necesitamos tu ayuda. Cada semana

compartiremos con ustedes algunas de nuestras necesidades para que

esto sea exitoso como recaudación de fondos y, lo que es más

importante, ¡como comunidad reunida! Esto es lo que necesitamos para

comenzar:

1. Artículos para nuestra subasta silenciosa: tarjetas de regalo, artículos

para canastas, time shares y cualquier otra cosa que desee donar.

2. ¿Quiere patrocinar un stand? ¿Qué tal $ 150 para patrocinar un stand?

Su nombre o un nombre en la memoria estarán en el frente del stand.

Esta es una ganga, ya que solía costar $ 200. ¡Ya tenemos 4 stands

patrocinados!

3. Donaciones de $150 para ayudarnos a reemplazar las sombras.

4. ¿Está interesado en tener un stand? Necesitamos asesores para el

puesto de hamburguesas / perros calientes.

5. Televisor de 50/55 pulgadas. Este es un sorteo, pero lo usaremos

durante el fin de semana para ver partidos.

Because of Covid we have to make some changes in our booths and how we can do things

differently and more safely. We will be having your favorites when it comes to food...

Lumpia, meat on a stick, street tacos, linguica , hamburgers, hot dogs, baked goods, milk

shakes, root beer floats, wine, beer, margaritas, water, soda, and yes...even sangrias and

churros!

We will have games, Kiddieland, bingo, and entertainment. There is even a silent auction

where you can bid on line. And who knows...there could be a few surprises.

We are excited that we can come together as a parish to celebrate what a great parish we

are. All money we raise will go directly to the parish. BUT...we need your help. Each week we

will be sharing with you some of our needs to make this successful as a fund raiser and more

importantly as a community get together! This is what we need to get us started:

1. Items for our silent auction - gift cards, items for baskets, time shares, and whatever else

you want to donate.

2. Want to sponsor a booth? How about $150 to sponsor a booth...your name or a name in

memory will be on the front of the booth. This is a bargain as it used to be $200. We have 4

booths sponsored already!

3. Donations of $150 to help us replace canopies.

4. Interested in running a booth? We need Chairpersons for the hamburger / hot dog booth.

5. 50/55 inch TV. This is a raffle but we will use it during the weekend to watch games.
