DAY 1: MT KILIMANJARO - ARUSHA

Arrival of your flight into Kilimanjaro International Airport. You will be warmly welcomed by our representative outside customs and immigration

hall. Transfer to your hotel for check in. If time permits, you will have a tour briefing at the hotel lobby. Since 2006, Onsea House has been a synonym for charming comfort in a picturesque setting, which is unique in Arusha. With more personal approach than in a

hotel and more privacy than a lodge resort.

DAY 2: ARUSHA MANYARA ( 35 MINUTES FLIGHT)

Breakfast at the hotel and morning at leisure. 11h30: Transfer to Arusha Airport and assisted with check in for your Coastal Aviation flight to LAKE

MANYARA National park, departing at 13h00. Arrive at 13h35, met by our driver guide and transfer to Escarpment Luxury Lodge. Arrive and check in at the

lodge, followed by a late lunch. This afternoon, proceed on your first game viewing drive in Lake Manyara National Park.

Perched high on the rim of the Great Rift Valley, Escarpment Luxury Lodge is a serene haven overlooking the wonder of Lake Manyara. Offering 16 private,

tastefully decorated en suite chalets, visitors can expect enjoy breathtaking views of lake and picturesque biosphere making up the Manyara National Park.

DAY 3: MANYARA (GAME VIEWING DRIVES)

Breakfast at the lodge. Proceed on a guided walking safari with a Maasai warrior. Return to the lodge for lunch. 15h00: Depart for a game viewing drive in Lake

Manyara National Park. Return to the lodge before sunset. Relax and enjoy the evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

Lake Manyara National Park offers a wilderness experience in diverse habitats, from its Rift Valley soda lake to dense woodlands and steep mountainsides.

Apart from a spectacular setting, the park is famous for its unusual tree-climbing lions and the vast elephant herds it was established to protect. The shores of the

lake, encrusted with pink flamingo, attract more than 400 species of birds, many of them waterfowl or migrants. Large herds of buffalo, cheetah, Masai giraffe

and impala roam the lake shores and the forested valley slopes. A Lake Manyara safari is a fascinating experience as the park also features a ground-water

forest; acacia tortilis woodland and hot springs called Maji Moto.

DAY 4: LAKE MANYARA – KARATU - NGORONGORO (145 KM – 02H30 DRIVE) CRATER TOUR

Breakfast at the lodge and check out. Have a private transfer to KARATU & NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA. Arrive and check in at the Neptune

Ngorongoro Lodge. Lunch. At 14h00, you will visit an authentic Maasai village to learn about the people, culture and daily way of life. You will also get to enjoy

their tribal songs.

Return to the lodge in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

NEPTUNE NGORONGORO LUXURY LODGE (All inclusive – Dinner, Bed and Breakfast, Lunch and drinks)

DAY 5: NGORONGORO (CRATER DESCENT)

Breakfast at the lodge. 10h00: Descend the crater for a game viewing drive with picnic hampers.

The Ngorongoro Crater in Northern Tanzania, once a gigantic volcano, is the largest intact caldera in the world. Some maintain that

before it erupted, it would have been higher than Mt Kilimanjaro, the highest peak in Africa. Today, long since having collapsed and eroded, it is

an extensive highland area with the famous 600 m deep Ngorongoro Crater as its focal point. Nearly three million years old, the ancient caldera

shelters one of the most beautiful wildlife havens on earth.

17h00: Ascend and drive back to the lodge. Relax and enjoy the evening. Dinner and overnight stay.

NEPTUNE NGORONGORO LUXURY LODGE (All inclusive – Dinner, Bed and Breakfast, Lunch and drinks)

DAY 6: NGORONGORO- MANYARA (145 KM AND 02H00 DRIVE) SERENGETI (01H25 FLIGHT)

Breakfast at the lodge and check out. Transfer to lake Manyara airstrip for your schedule Coastal Aviation flight to SERENGETI National park, departing at

11h35. Arrive Seronera airstrip at 13h00, met by the camp driver guide and proceed to Pioneer Camp ( 1 hour drive). Check in and late lunch

16h00: Depart for an afternoon game drive in the park with landcruiser on shared basis (maximum 6 persons).

Comprising of ten-tented accommodations, all of which have en-suite facilities including a flushing toilet, vanity basin, and showers, the tent

interiors are designed to evoke the very best of an era long-gone but certainly not forgotten. Paying homage to the mobile camps of the 1930’s, a

time when an African safari was truly a journey into the unknown, Serengeti Pioneer Camp’s ‘zero footprint’ and close proximity to nature

DAY 7 & 8: SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK (GAME VIEWING DRIVES)

2 full days spent in Serengeti National park with at least two game drives on shared basis.

The Serengeti is vast and beautiful; it's one of Africa's most captivating safari areas. The sheer amount of game here is amazing: estimates suggest up to about

two million wildebeest, plus perhaps half a million zebra, hundreds of thousands of Thompson's gazelle, and tens of thousands of impala, Grant's gazelle, topi

(tsessebe), hartebeest, eland and other antelope – all hunted by the predators for which these plains are famous.

Meals and overnight stay at the camp.

PIONEER SERENGETI CAMP (GAME PACKAGE –Lunch, Dinner, Bed and Breakfast + a selection of drinks and shared game drives)

DAY 9: SERENGETI ZANZIBAR

Early breakfast at the camp. Check out and transfer to the Seronera airstrip with brief game drive for your schedule Coastal Aviation flight to Zanzibar departing

at 10h00. Arrive at 12h50, met by our representative and transfer to Zanzibar Serena Hotel for lunch. This afternoon, you will have a stone and spice tour.

The history of Zanzibar would be incomplete without the cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon, pepper and many other spices which are essential

ingredient in a Zanzibari’s everyday life, it is the island’s connection to spices and herbs. Zanzibar and Spice is a romantic entanglement that

dates back to the 16th century. Apart from being an important commodity on the trade routes. They can be seen in the plantations just outside

Zanzibar town, this is also a fantastic opportunity to see the countryside and rural areas of Zanzibar and also connect with local people.

17h30: Transfer to your hotel along the beach for check in. Dinner and overnight stay.

- We may have to re-route the itinerary or accommodate in similar lodges in case of non-availability.

- Passengers should bring only soft sided bags on safaris as our vehicles have limited luggage space

- All the passengers must have Identification Card/Passport with them throughout their travel.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

The parties involved shall agree the specific terms of cancellation on each case.

Under the Kenya & Tanzania Legislation, the Hotels and Caterers can legally levy the following cancellation charges:-

60-46 days prior to arrival: 10%

45-14 days prior to arrival: 25%

14-07 days prior to arrival: 30 %

07-03 days prior to arrival: 50%

03 days-to no show : 100%

FORCE MAJEUR CIRCUMSTANCES

In case either party suffers force majeur circumstances (that are unforeseen, inevitable and uncontrollable), such as strikes, closing of frontiers,

ports and airports, bad weather, delays in departures and arrivals of the means of transportation, accidents and all services provided by a third

Party, as a result of which the obligations under the present agreement cannot be fulfilled the parties shall be exonerated from their obligations

without having to pay compensation for the damage caused to the other party.
