Duties and responsibility

Managing/leading a group of HSE officers in Shutdown job field.

To conduct/coordinate to arrange tool box/PEP talk with the presence of Clint for the

work force on different work topics.

Preparing HIRA for the work with the shutdown team.

Responsible for estimate the PPEs and HSE consumable items required for the shutdown

as per scope of work.

Responsible to coordinate with ES procure department to procure & arrange the PPEs

and consumable items at site on time.

Responsible for monitoring, inspecting and auditing during shutdown work.

Responsible for attending Clint daily shutdown meeting.

Responsible for arranging/coordinating Clint HSE induction, PTW training, BA training,

Hole watcher training etc.

Responsible for coordinating Clint daily HSE walk down audit.

Implementation of legal requirements affecting safety, health and hygiene and welfare.

Investigate, Analyses, finding root cause and record all Accident / Incidents and reporting

to Management.

Ensuring all activities and those of ES employees and subcontractors are carried out in

accordance with the company QHSE Management System. Active promotion of

environmentally responsible work practices.

Responsible for conduct internally auditing at site HSE management systems, safe

working practices, induction/training records, and permit to work systems

Organizing a site HSE training, targeting improvement of HSE awareness to all ES

employees as per Clint approved training matrix.

Conducting periodical audits on personal protective equipment, work permits

Conduct and follow up of HSE Audits

Coordinating the emergency evacuation drills conducted by ES/GASCO and proper

rescue plan in case of emergency

Improving the company’s safety performance.

Enhancing the company’s reputation in accident prevention.

Monitor housekeeping programme to consistently improve its standards.

Providing continued education and motivation of employees by disseminating safety

publication, instructions, rules posters etc.

Preparing Weekly and monthly safety Reports.

Coordinating with Clint for disposal of hazardous waste, which generated during

shutdown.
