DESCRIPTION
A flyer for all teachers of Communications students at Benson Polytechnic H.S. about the value and success of arts field trips throughout the year. More than 70 percent of students at Benson are from diverse backgrounds and more than 60 percent were on free and reduced meals, the federal definition of poverty. Students used their free TriMet passes for transportation during the school day. More than 100 students participated, paying $75 each, although no student was turned down if they wanted to participate.TRANSCRIPT
