Ben je een professionele artiest, kunstenaar of gezelschap op zoek naar repetitieruimte? Dan kan je in Destelheide terecht. Als artiest in huis krijg je gratis onze modern uitgeruste podiumzaal of een beeldend atelier ter beschikking. Terwijl jij je volop kan concentreren op je creatie, zorgen wij voor een verblijf in vol pension in een rustige en groene omgeving. Bovendien bruist het in Destelheide van de andere (jongeren)groepen die erg benieuwd zijn naar een inkijk in jouw artistiek zoekproces. Dit kan in de vorm zijn van een try-out, een open atelier, een artistieke ingreep op het domein…

En tant qu’artiste en résidence, vous disposerez de notre salle de théâtre moderne ou d’un espace d’atelier d’arts plastiques. Afin que vous puissiez vous concentrer pleinement sur votre création, nous offrons un séjour en pension complète dans un environnement calme et verdoyant. En outre, Destelheide accueille un grand nombre d’autres groupes (entre autres de jeunes) qui sont très curieux de pouvoir prendre connaissance de votre processus de recherche et de création artistique. Cela peut se faire sous la forme d’un try-out, d’un studio ouvert, d’une performance...

Are you a professional artist or company looking for rehearsal space? Then you can call on us at Destelheide any time. As an artist in residence you can get free access to our well equipped stage room or a studio. While you concentrate on your creative work, we provide a full board stay in quiet natural surroundings. Moreover, Destelheide is always seething with (youth) groups that are very eager to get an insight into your creative process as an artist. This may take the form of a try-out, an open studio, an artistic set-up in the grounds...

Que faut-il faire ?

- etre un artiste professionnel ou faire partie d’une compagnie professionnelle- avoir des spectacles/prestations/expositions dans le circuit professionnel et une liste de

ces représentations/activités - interagir avec les groupes (jeunes) par le moyen d’un try-out, de répétitions ouvertes,

d’ateliers, de rencontres informelles...

Praktische informatie

Als artiest in huis betaal je enkel je maaltijden en overnachtingen aan het laagste tarief (in 2013 is dit 23 euro per persoon per dag). De podiumzaal of het atelier krijg je gratis.Destelheide is een vormingscentrum van de Vlaamse Overheid dat beheerd wordt door de vzw ADJ. In een groene omgeving komen jongeren- en onderwijsgroepen vorming volgen en zijn artiesten in huis welkom.

Informations pratiques

En tant qu’artiste en résidence, vous ne payez que vos repas et l’hébergement au taux le plus bas (en 2013, le prix est de 23 euros par personne et par jour). Vous obtenez la salle ou l’atelier gratuitement.Destelheide est un centre éducatif du Gouvernement flamand géré par l’association ADJ. Dans un écrin de verdure, les jeunes et les groupes éducatifs sont les bienvenus pour suivre des formations, qu’il s’agisse de groupes d’artistes ou de créateurs individuels.

Practical information

As an artist in residence you only pay for your meals and overnight accommodation at the lowest rate (23 euros per person per night in 2013). You may use the stage room or studio free of charge.Destelheide is a socio-cultural training centre that is run by ADJ, a non-profit organization. Situated in natural surroundings, it is home to youth movements and school groups seeking socio-cultural education. Artists in residence are most welcome as well.
