What I am really looking for is a detailed, itemised cost breakdown of the whole Grenfel l Tower project, so I can clearly see the cost of the main elements, i.e: 1. Refurbishment of social housing units (to 8 unit of flats on Mezzanine and office level)

2. Hidden homes (Not sure what is this?) 3. Nursery and general offices, entrance lobby 4. Baseline work spaces .5. Boxing club

6. Public rea lm 7. Others"?? (Major demolition works)

8. External fa t,:ade- cladding and windows

With in each of the above categories I would like an itemised, costed list of the elements, e.g: Roof

Cladding Windows

Kitchens Bathrooms

Heating Etc

This shou ld just be a reworking of your cost plan. However, I w ant to have an analysis of Lead bitters costs on the same

basis so w e can understand the variances.

Hi Paul,

Based on our cost plan (with an estimated construction cost of £8.415M), the approximate percentage of costs allocation are as below: -

(a) 7% for Baseline Studio (presumably this is refer to conversion of existing garage to office) (b) 8% for other office accommodation (c) 14% for nursery and boxing club

lt was agreed at the meeting on Tuesday that leadbitter will provide us with further information (especially on the M&E cost breakdown) by the end of this week and we will issue an overall comparison (under major head lines) between our cost plan and theirs next Tuesday.
