1 ΑΠΟΨΕΙΣ ΠΑΝΩ ΣΤΗ ΦΥΣΗ ΚΑΙ ΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑ ΤΗΣ ΤΕΧΝΗΣ, Ι ΚΑΝΤ , Ι 1. Υπάρχουν δυο είδη κρίσης: Α) Η λογική, για τις ιδιότητες των αντικειμένων Β) Η αισθητική, μια υποκειμενική ανταπόκριση, ευρύτατα συνδεδεμένη με την ευχαρίστηση ή/και τον πόνο, συνδεδεμένη όμως και με την έννοια του γούστου. 2. «Διαπροσωπική εγκυρότητα» κρίσεων πάνω στο γούστο υπάρχει ως Gemeingultigkeit, που είναι μία κατάσταση υψηλής αυτοσυνείδησης σε σχέση με την αντίληψη ενός έργου τέχνης, που γίνεται αισθητό από όλους. Αυτό επιβεβαιώνει την εγκυρότητα και την αξία του έργου τέχνης, επιβεβαιώνοντας ταυτόχρονα και την κρίση μας για την μεγάλη αξία του (έννοια του μεγάλου έργου τέχνης, έννοια του Υψηλού).
