What ARE Charms With Heart? They are personalized, customizable charms that are interchangeable. Some are hand-made by artists that I know, like Penny, Marla and Leslie. Some are purchased from a few select vendors that I have known for a while. I am the only person who sells this jewelry collection in this manner. I love my own collection because I can keep it in a small tarnish free

case. I have all the colors I need to match all my outfits for all occasions at or away from home.

F. A. Q’s What Metal is used in your bases?

Our bases are made from the same metals that other companies with like products sel l . The metals are zinc alloy, nickel and lead and Cadmium free/stainless steel . Some might be copper depending on the product . Your skin can discolor with even pure si lver , but these

metals should perform fine for almost everyone. They have for us . How do you sell your charms collection for so much less than everyone else?

We do not work for a company. We are a group of 3-4 artists who have pooled our talents to create our own company where we can undersel l others because we do not carry the burden of overhead where we have to pay down lines , trips and commissions to a person or persons

who are the middlemen. We work from home by ourselves . We make some of our own products and we create our own sales programs. This way we can pass along these savings

to you. We simply love what we do and believe you deserve a great deal . How do I care for my products?

Use a clean, dry, soft polishing cloth for your bases and charms. Do not use a si lver or gold polishing cloth or wet products to clean your Charms and Bases . Keep all of your jewelry OUT of water and steam rooms and spas. Put your jewelry on LAST after you use hair care products , perfumes and body sprays. Make sure your skin is dry. Store your metal jewelry parts in a zip lock plastic bag or in your TARNISH FREE BIN to keep your

products looking great . How Can I get More Charms With Heart?

1 .You can host a party and earn FREE jewelry. I do not do too many shows a month, so BOOK EARLY! 2. Set up an appointment to come to my home. If you bring friends, you will earn 10% of your friend ’s purchases on anything you want for FREE. 3 . Email or call me for color choices or any questions you may have. 4. What is Your Return Policy?

You may return item for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of your purchase with your original invoice . You must return the item to me in its original condition by mail in

a padded envelope, at your expense on the postage. Or, drop it off on my porch by notifying me when you will do this .
