• September 30, 2010 The National ProjectsFoundation held another art and charityevent.

• In the premises of Braziliero Restaurant theart show and auction was arranged.

The event was held in the historic heartof Moscow – 10 Arbat street

The master of ceremonies was a famous Russianartist – Mr. Sergey G. Gonkov

Not only foreign artists (Suriname, Fiji,Solomon Islands, Japan, Belize, etc.) , but also

young Russian authors took part in theauction.

The Foundation supports creativity of childrenaged 7-10 who are only learning to paint andwant to become artists.

The exposition near the artworks of foreignartists can be in itself considered as success.

The sale of these paintings at low prices shallbe a guarantee of their confidence in theirprofessional development.

Among the guests were the representatives ofbusiness and culture, education, medical

institutes, authorities and regular visitors ofBrazilian origin.

As the Foundation supports The UN Global Compactand is one of the 45 Russian companies which support its

principles – the event was dedicated to the human rights forcreativity.

• We are pleased that a number of paintings weresold – it is especially worth welcoming thatcharity items were sold. We consequentlyperform actions to encourage InternationalCultural Exchange and Aid to young gifted

people.• Without mentioning the surnames ofyoungsters whose paintings were sold, we

simply name their age – 8 and 9 years. This is ahuge success both for them and for our

Foundation.

It is worth mentioning that we have encountered someabuse on the part of some companies who are eagerto cash in on charity.

Basing on the experience of preparation of such eventsand of the very holding of the event we havedeveloped a standard ‘IPM – Charity Art Auctions’.

In ‘IPM – Charity Art Auctions’ we staterecommendations for the auction organizators toavoid a lot of risks.

The Standard was send to social protectionorganizations and to the Authorized person of theRussian president who is in charge of children’srights protection.

In conclusion we are obliged to outline that weare satisfied with the very format of the

event, which provides for combination ofcharity and commercial items.

We plan to hold such events on a regular basis– every 2-3 months. But the venue will be

different.
