Check inYou can check in on your arrival day from 2pm.In case of early arrival, you are welcome to leave your luggage in the hotel, fi ll out your guest card, enjoy a day of skiing and move in to your room upon your return.Should you plan to arrive after 6pm, we would ask you to let us know, otherwise your room may be re-rented. The check-in for Haus Enzian takes place in Hotel Garni Helvetia.Please notice that breakfast on arrival day is only available after registration(at the latest 24 hours before arrival, price per person EURO 8,00)

Car parkYou can park your car for free in our parking lot next to the house. If you plan to travel with more than one car, please make sure you let us know beforehand.This also applies to Haus Enzian.

Ski / bike storage roomIn Hotel Garni Helvetia, the ski / bike storage room is in the basement and is accessible from the outside with a code. We will inform you of the code upon your arrival. In the summer you may clean your bike in front of the ski room. In Haus Enzian, the ski room is also in the basement.

General Information

Reservation and depositPlease note that a reservation will only be accepted in writing. You will receive a confi r-mation of the booking where you will fi nd the deposit conditions.If up to the specifi ed date (in the reservation confi rmation) no payment has been recei-ved, this shall be deemed as a breach of the contract and your reservation will be can-celled.We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot promise a certain room number or fl oor for booked rooms.

Check-outPlease vacate your room by no later than 10.30am on your day of departure. If you have planned a later departure, you are welcome to leave your luggage at the hotel.Check-out for Haus Enzian takes place in Hotel Garni Helvetia.

PetsThere are no pets allowed in either Hotel Garni Helvetia or Haus Enzian

Short stay surchargeStays of up to 2 nights will incur a short stay surcharge of EURO 5,00 per person and day including breakfast

OccupancyThe double rooms are reserved for a minimum of 2 people, if you want to book a double room for single use, we point out that the double room price for 2 people must be paid.

Room keyYou get one key per room. It possible to obtain a second key against a deposit of EURO 50.00. If you lose a key, EURO 50.00 will be charged.
