Added a column to the Daily Reports screen that shows if the report has been accepted and received by PCF or Ready to Send to PCF.

Add Ability to Download all Contract Files from Contracts via Batch

Process

Note the Export Contract Files button and the ability to shift click multiple contracts

District Office Archived Contracts

This option downloads all files in the Contract Documents for the contract. This includes Daily Report,

Correspondence, Request for Information, Transmittals, and every area that has a document package.

This occurred when having multiple files with the same name in a document package
