• SOP trained 4-6 April 2006, Killeen Texas

• Implementation NLT 19 May 2006

• Purpose of Lot Release Efficiency review – to evaluate the process at each BDC, streamline process for efficiency, and provide guidance as needed

• Team to visit each BDC, coordinated with the facility

• Requires Lot Release personnel available for discussions and training

• First visit 30 March 2009 – ASBBC-PNW
