Our Cars are the perfect choice for a variety of customers including military and peacekeeping forces, police forces, border patrols, security companies, NGO’s, embassies, and all organisations and individuals living and working in hostile or high-risk environments.

Minerva Special Purpose Vehicles is headquartered in Dubai, UAE, and currently employs a total workforce of 300 distributed across the various workshops including those located in Dubai, Jordan, Kenya, India and North Africa combining in a production capacity in excess of 1200 vehicles per year. MSPV offers a unique combination of capabilities with its expanding network of production facilities, dedicated prototyping facilities and a core management and design team having gathered invaluable know-how working for some of the most prestigious and best established coachwork and armouring companies in Europe.

MSPV’s wide and constantly developing product range includes armoured SUVs and sedans, specialised trucks, buses and vans, and a range of tactical vehicles for the military, border control, civil defence and NGOs.

The majority of the production is armoured to level B6 but MSPV also produces vehicles with higher protection levels, and can adapt the armouring design to meet the customer’s specific needs.

Dedication, enthusiasm and organisation have allowed MSPV to achieve unrivalled efficiency, maximising production capacity and reducing lead-times. At the time of printing more than 1000 Civilian vehicles and more than 750 Armoured Personnel Carriers have been delivered to various customers ranging from private individuals and private security companies to Government entities such as Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Defence etc.

Our design and development team comprises engineers with years of experience in the conception and production of both civilian and military wheeled armoured vehicles, automotive engineers and CAD specialists, as well as skilled workforce for the prototype build. Typical lead-time from initial concept to running prototype ranges from 6 weeks to 6 months depending on the complexity of the project.

We believe we can meet your requirements with regards to armoured vehicles and offer you competitive solutions, and we hope that we will be given the chance to demonstrate our capabilities.

MSPV’s Armoured Toyota Land Cruiser Station Wagon is available in levels of protection B4+ (Kalashnikov AK47 7.62x39 FeC ammunition), B6 (7.62x51 M80, 5.56x45 SS109 – NATO and US assault rifles), B6+ (5.56x45 M193), B7 (7.62x51 P80) and B7+ (7.62x54 API). All four sides of the passenger compartment and the roof of the vehicle are protected using high-quality armour steel and glass to defeat the chosen threat-level. The floor of the vehicle is protected against blast and fragments of explosive threats such as the industry-standard two DM51 hand-grenades or two HG85 fragmentation grenades, with optional protection against land-mines such as the DM31.

Available in VIP, CIT and Personnel transport configurations.

The armouring is integrated inside the vehicle’s cab and forms a complete self-supporting structure so as to avoid excessive stress on the vehicle’s original body. The interior armour-frame provides overlap for the large- surface armour components such as the door armour-plates and the windows.Hinge mounting points are reinforced both in the pillars and in the doors in a way that the armouring of the door is supported by the armouring of the pillar.Heavy-duty hinges with built-in door-stop.The fuel-tanks are protected with steel armour-plates.The battery and control module of the engine are protected to the same level as the opaque areas.

All armouring materials used by MSPV are ballistically certified by independent laboratories. Glass and steel are tested and certified according to European and international standards. Each batch of steel is tested as part of the normal quality control process of our suppliers, and random samples of the sheets delivered to MSPV are once more submitted for testing by the Beschussamt Munich in Germany.

Suspension and brake upgrade components specifically designed to cope with the higher weight of armoured vehicles are sourced from carefully selected suppliers.

The MSPV runflats have also been tested in real-life conditions along the finabel standard and were still fully functional after 100km.

MSPV’s Armoured B4+ Peugeot 508 offers protection against small arms up to the Kalashnikov AK47 (7.62x39 FeC ammunition).

All four sides of the passenger compartment and the roof of the vehicle are protected using high-quality armour steel and glass. The floor of the vehicle is protected against blast and fragments of explosive threats such as the industry-standard two DM51 hand-grenades or two HG85 fragmentation grenades.

The vehicle retains its original appearance to blend in traffic without attracting attention.

The fuel-tank is protected with steel armour-plates.

The armouring is integrated inside the vehicle’s cab and forms a complete self-supporting structure so as to avoid excessive stress on the vehicle’s original body. The interior armour-frame provides overlap for the large- surface armour components such as the door armour-plates and the windows.Hinge mounting points are reinforced both in the pillars and in the doors in a way that the armouring of the door is supported by the armouring of the pillar.

The battery and control module of the engine are protected to the same level as the opaque areas.

Heavy-duty hinges with built-in door-stop.

All four sides of the passenger compartment and the roof of the vehicle are protected using high-quality armour steel and glass to defeat the chosen threat-level. The MSPV Coaster is available in protection levels B4+ (AK47 standard ammunition, VPAM APR2006 level 6) and B6 (Assault rifles with ball ammunition, CEN1522 and 1063 level 6 – VPAM APR2006 level 7).

The floor of the vehicle is protected against blast and fragments of explosive threats such as the industry-standard two DM51 hand-grenades or two HG85 fragmentation grenades, with higher protection available up to land-mines such as the DM31.

The armouring is integrated inside the vehicle’s cab and forms a complete self-supporting structure so as to avoid excessive stress on the vehicle’s original body. The interior armour-frame provides overlap for the large- surface armour components such as the door armour-plates and the windows.Hinge mounting points are reinforced both in the pillars and in the doors in a way that the armouring of the door is supported by the armouring of the pillar.Heavy-duty hinges with built-in door-stop.The fuel-tank is protected with steel armour-plates.The battery and control module of the engine are protected to the same level as the opaque areas.

Beyond this strict quality control process, MSPV regularly submits raw materials and assembly samples for ballistic testing by Beschussamt Munich to assess the limits of the materials and the efficiency of proposed assembly solutions. Welds, bolted assemblies, overlap solutions etc. are tested in this way prior to being used in production.
