value-understanding in order to

function within themselves and to …

… arrive at mission-effectivity, to

achieve the targeted superiority

over the adversary and to attain a

credible democracy-transfer …

… and thus to contribute to the survival

of the state as a reliable homebase to

which their soldiers can return after the

mission had been completed.

…but also to comply with the

primacy of politics and to produce

an internal democracy-supporting

effect.
