Democratic State

Democratic States use their

Armed Forces as a tool …

… in order to project democratic values

and thus to generate/maintain peace …… peace, which they need in

order to survive and thus to ensure

the peaceful survival of their citizens.

Democratic State

Armed Forces must be convinced of,

entirely infused with a democratic

value-understanding in order to

function within themselves and to …

… arrive at mission-effectivity, to

achieve the targeted superiority

over the adversary and to attain a

credible democracy-transfer …

… and thus to contribute to the survival

of the state as a reliable homebase to

which their soldiers can return after the

mission had been completed.

…but also to comply with the

primacy of politics and to produce

an internal democracy-supporting

effect.
