Nowadays one of the most necessities in the Oil Industry of country is

observing the 44th act of constitutional law related to privatization of

producing units which aims to create fundamental changes in growth

and promotion of this industry by presence of qualified contractors as it

is in development unit.

In the recent years different and important attempts have been done to

reach this goal, but it couldn’t be achieved thoroughly because of the

following reasons: organizational structure of the industry, shortage or

inapplicability of updated standards, shortage of specialists with the

knowledge of commissioning, guidance and unfamiliarity or not using

specific soft wares which challenged agreeable quality and quantity

production seriously.

Nevertheless reviewing structure and dissolving shortages and optimum use of up-to-date technology can facilitate reaching this goal and also facilitate creating a great change in production section.

Although those companies which have been registered in the fields of commissioning and utility operation with related articles of association and some agreeable capabilities have sufficed to contracts such as supplying skilled manpower or supplying equipment and required parts for the aforesaid reasons.

Observing the above mentioned, Share Holders Decided to create operational- management structure and inaugurate Ario Barzan Operation Company( ABOCO ) which is comprised of Iranian experts’ experience and Technical and updated Know-How knowledge of international Expatriate Persons.

PTW Procedure

A permit to work system is designed to ensure that all necessary actions are taken before, during and after most of task on plant.

Permit to work are formal documents specifying the work to be done and precautions to be taken. work can only start when safe procedures have been defined and put in place.
