Secesija je poslednji umetniki univerzalni pravac koji je uspeo da unese sopstveniumetniki peat u sve oblasti modernog ivota, stvorio je modu i stil ivota na kraju 19. i

poetkom 20. veka iako je u razliitim zemljama nastupao pod razliitim imenima.Secesija je pravac koji se odrazio pre svega u visokoj umetnosti arhitekture, slikarstva iskulpture meutim, takoe je ostavila jasan peat i u dekorativnoj i primenjenoj umetnost

U razliitim zemljama ovaj pravac je poprimio razliita imena. UAustriji bio je poznat kaoBeka secesija (nem.Winer Secession), u Nemakoj kao Jugendstil (nem.Jugendstil) uFrancuskoj i Belgiji kaoArt Nuvo (fr.Art Noveau) u anglosakonskim zemljama kaoModerni stil ili Liberti (eng.Modern Style Liberty), u Kataloniji (panija) kao katalonsmodernizam (katal.Modernisme catal), u Italiji su ovaj pravac zvali Cvetni stil (ita.Stilefloreale), a u RusijiSvet umetnosti (rus. ).

Ovaj umetniki pravac se razvija u Evropi i SAD polovinom 19. veka i potpuno se razvio1900. godine. Nastao je kada se naglo razvija privreda i kao reakcija protiv privrednecivilizacije, koja eli povratak na zanatsku proizvodnju i smatra je kao lek protiv privrednokia.Secesija pokree industrijski dizajn.

Za glavne znakove secesije smatra se ornamentika, a daje se prednost povrini, iprimenjuju se neobine boje te se estetski koriste razliiti materijali. Secesni ornamentizjanjava poseban kvalitet secesnog oseanja i tei ka izravnanosti u oseanju. Secesnalinija je valovito razvijana krivulja koja izaziva oseenje pokreta u povrini u kojoj je

monotonija spreena upotrebom neobinih boja. Ona trai neobine boje i slae ih poprincipima harmonije i kontrasta. Secesija se okree ravno ka prirodnim formama uornamentu kao to su list, cvet, ljudska i ivotinjska tela.

dok se u ikakoj koli u SAD ostvaruju nove strukture te se odbacuju svi nekorisni ukrasi okrecu se istoj funkcionalnosti a u Evropi su u ovom pogledu najvie odmakli u Belgiji iHolandiji kod Henrija van de Veldea i u suprotnosti je sa arhitekturom Viktora Horta koji jeu Brislu upotrebio gvoe i ostvario sveane fasade zgrada.

Secesija u slikarstvu

Meu mnogim slikarima naroito je naklonjen ovom stilu Gustav Klimt i zaboravljen jeizlazkom iz mode ove dekorativnosti. Prva dela Pabla Pikasa spadaju takoe usecesionistika dela i ako je ovog umetnika "otkrio" kritiar i pobornik avangardnogslikarstva Apoliner.

Secesija u knjievnosti

U knjievnosti, nosioci secesije obeleeni su kao simbolizam i dekadencija. Karakteristikza secesiju u knjievnosti je ornamentika u ravni jezikoj i s tim je u vezi ritmizacijareenice i strofe, ponavljanje rei i glasovnih grupa.

Secesija je znaajno uticala na nain ivota u 19. veku i poetkom 20. veka i upisala se ulica mnogih gradova u Evropi kao to su Paris, Be, Minhen, Berlin, Prag i drugi. U ovo jedoba stvoreno mnogo dela od velike umetnike vrednosti ali i predmeta za svakodnevnuupotrebu. Secesija je neodmisaoni deo ne samo Evropske kulture.

Secesija u raznim zemljama

U Engleskoj se sececija razvija na elu sa Vilijemom Morisom koji je bio pesnik, knjievni slikari teio je da obnovi zanate i stvori industrijski dizajn i pao je pod istorijske uticaje o

kojih se oslobodila tek nova generacija umetnika koja je prela na ornamentalne oblikegeometrijskih formi.

U Belgiji na elu ovog pokreta je arhitekta Henri van de Velde koji je shvatio znaajprimenjene umetnosti i shvatio da predmeti moraju biti jeftini, jednostavni i funkcionalni.Postao je zaljubljenik u ininjerske zgrade a ornamentu je davao formu koja se aktivnozapaa i davao je prednost dinamikim predstavama.

U Francuskoj secesija se razvijala pod imanomArt Nuvo na koju je uticao belgijskiarhitektaAnri van de Velde. Hektor Gimarje projektovao pariski metro u ovom stilu.

Pariski umetnici su eleli ornamentima da izraze vitalnost u ivotu i predlagali suornamente u vidu morskih talasa.

U Nemakoj se ovaj stil iri pod imanom Jugendstil i ima vie grupa u ovoj zemlji.Minhenska grupa imala je svoj poseban program i ornament pod nazivom stil floreal.Drugu grupu stvorila je kolonija u Darmtatu gde su radili Jozef Marija Olbrih i PeterBerens. Znaajna je bila i kompleksna kola arhitekture u Vajmaru koju je 1901. godineosnovaoAnri van de Velde.

UAustriji je secesija nastala malo kasnije oko 1897. godine i bila je pod engleskim

uticajem i razvijala se pod imenom Beka secesija. Beka secesija je kritikovala nemakjugendstil i izradila je sopstveni ornament sa geometrijskim formama. Najznaajniji je bioarhitekta Oto Vagnersa svojim uenicima.

Arhitektura secesije je pravac koji se javlja oko 1880.godine u Engleskoj. Uticao je naranu modernu, delo Bauhausa )saradnja umetnosti i industrije) i pripremio je tlo zafunkcionalizam. Od 1914. godine se ugasila i neki arhitekti su preli i izgradili se u primenmoderne.

Ciljevi secesije

Ciljevi su bili stvarati novi stil u umetnosti i arhitekturi koji bi delovao organski i bioosloboen od doba istorizma i eklekticizma. Ovaj stil je poslednji stil koji se projavljivao idelovao na sve prevce u umetnosti u slikarstvu vajarstvu, muzici i arhitekturi.

Beka secesija je pokret u umetnosti koji je nastao u Austriji, a doprineo je irenju ArtNuvoa. Formirana je 1897. od strane 19 bekih umetnika koji pre toga naputajuoriginalnu dravnu asocijaciju. Prvi predsednik i glavni osniva, bio je Gustav Klimt.

Stil secesionista

Za razliku od drugih umetnikih pokreta ne postoji odreeni stil koji bi mogao povezivatisve umetnike beke secesije. Jedino to ih povezuje jeste sama upravna zgrada, koja sesmatrala ikonom pokreta. Odmah na ulazu u zgradu stoji napisana fraza "svakomvremenu njegova umetnost, umetnosti njena sloboda". Umetnici beke secesije imali suslobodu da isprobaju svaku vrstu umetnosti, bez obzira da li stare kole to prihvatale iline. Nadali su se da e stvoriti novi stil koji nee imati istorijskog uticaja kao svi umetnikiradovi u prolosti. Mladi umetnici nisu vie bili spremni pa prihvate tutorstvo akademizmazahtevali su da izlau na mestima izvan zakona trita, da okonaju kulturniizolacionizam Bea, da pozovu strane umetnike, i da svoja dela pokau izvan granica

Austrije. Program secesije nije bio okrenut jedino estetskim naelima, ve prestavlja iborbu za pravo na slobodu umetnikog stvaralatva.

Secesija izdaje i svoj asopis, nazvan "Ver Sacrum" (Sveto prolee). asopis prikazujemasu dekorativnih radova krei putArt Deko periodu. Gustav Klimt bie njihov saradnikitave dve godine.

Arhitekte beke secesije najee dekoriu spoljanjost svojih zgrada sa linearnimornamentima. Oto Vagnerova kua Majolika u Beu (napravljena 1898.) je tipian primertog stila secesije kod arhitekata.
