The Arges™ Intersection Sweep scenario configures the Argesso that it will automatically sweep left and right increasing emergency responder visibility when approaching intersections.

(A). Label the button on the control head Arges™

Sweep and abbreviate it (B). ARSW

(A). Add a New virtual Input Name it (B). Arges™ Sweep Virtual Change the Switch type toCycling and the (C). Time for each press to 400 ms.

(A). Select Arges™ Left (B). Select the light sections of the Arges (C). And set the flash pattern to Double Flash 150

(A). Select Pan or Tilt (B). Set the Rotation Pan Angle to -65° and the Tilt Angle to 0°

(A). Add a new virtual input name it (B). Arges™ Front Virtual. Set the Switch Type to Variable Timer and set the (C). Time to 600ms.

(A). On the Inputs Page under the Virtual Inputs tab set the action for the Arges™ Sweep Virtual to Set To Arges Left

(A). Select the Home button on the Arges™ control head (B). Set the Switch Type to Variable Timer and the Time for 2 sec.

to Set To OFF

(A). Select the Paddle on the Arges™ control head (B). Select Press 1 Paddle Moving (C). On the Inputs page under the Virtual Inputs tab set action for the Arges Sweep

(A). Arrange the Priorities in the following order highest to lowest Paddle Moving, Arges™Front Virtual, Arges Sweep Virtual, Arges Sweep

When the Arges™ Sweep is activated the Arges Front Virtual is activated for 600ms. This holds the Arges light off and sets it front facing, so it does not shine in the face of the operator.

Once the Arges Front Virtual counts down to 0 the conditions have been met to activate the Arges Sweep Virtual and the Arges will sweep left to right.

When the Arges Sweep is turned off the Home button on the Arges control head is turned on returning the Arges to the Home position.
