Our 2007-2008 trip to Argentina
Getting to Jorge Chavez International
Airport at about 12:30 PM
Whatta thrill! Once again on our way to the airport on the
second floor knowing we’re gonna travel.
This is the place to drink o eat any stuff before going to migration line. Once there Maria
Cristina takes care of
everything. That’s her job.
Here we are at the waiting
zone, we have already turned in our docs. But the tok off me 4
cans of beer. What a hell!.
At the plane at last! And ready for the take off. There were many
people but not overcrowded.
A glance of the airport from the inside platform.
We’re ready for take off. But they grounded me for taking
pics during take off.
A glance of Chile from the air. Mostly full of rocks and
dessert.
Argentina from the air. Squared and
rectangle. Of course turning into green.
And what can you tell me of the clouds?
And we finally landed. The International airport
of Eseiza. And what is the real name of it?
At last we have arrived! And we can see the green areas
once again!!!
Nobody checked
our baggage
and nobody stopped
us. But we were
welcomed by our
nieces Titi and…..
… Juli, but we couldn’t miss
the happiness of
the aunt posing for
the pic.
It’s cool to meet our
nieces once gain. They
came to pick us up. We arrived at 20:15 and then let’s
wait for the taxi at the cost of 70
pesos.
On our way to their flat they helped us with the luggage.
Titi with the Laptop. Juli as a copilot. The aunt
eager to get to the flat.
People, this is
Buenos Aires. The Obelisk is
at the end.
But before going to the Obelisk let’s go to dinner. It’s about 10 to 10 p.m. and we could get no
food!

Here we are at our
favorite restaurant with the classical
beer Quilmes.
Of course our nieces
came alomg with us to celebrate and Por supuesto
que nuestras
sobrinas nos acompañaro
n para degustar de
una agradable
cena.
Se acabaron las Quilmes bien helenas así que me
hicieron probar esta nueva chela.

En el obelisco con nuestras sobrinas yo y Maria Cristina. Después de esto a descansar ya que Titi regresa a Tres Algarrobos mañana a las 2 AM y nosotros nos quedamos con Juli para hacer un
tour por la ciudad.
Hoy nos toca hacer tour, hay que sacar
ticket de $0.90 pesos en la estación
de Retiro.

Muchas embarcaciones
listas para partir
Hay todo tipo de embarcaciones y mucho turismo
que desea pasear en
catamarán.
El lugar tiene un paseo de banderas
muy bello
Llegamos muy impaciente y listos a las 12:30 ya que el viaje sale a la 13:30 y hay que reservar los asientos. $30 pesos cada uno x dos
horas de viaje
Mientras hablamos de todo lo que vamos ha hacer y lo
que vamos a ver????
Por fin!!! zarpamos y
vemos diferente
embarcaciones

Ahora todo normal. Que miedo!!!!!
En el trayecto del río tigre se ven casas con
playa particular
Todas con muelles y todas las
comodidades
Una mejor que otra
Y que me dicen del súper mercado
flotante? Espectacular!!!!!!
Como para desembarcarse y darse una soleada e una de
las casas, no?
Siempre resguardados por la guardia costera
Se ven diferentes embarcaciones que se estacionan para
abastecerse de combustible.
Aquí están los galpones que almacenan las
diferentes embarcacione
s que se pueden utilizar
Todas las casa son un
espectáculo!
Luego de dos horas llegamos y cruzamos el Tigre por el puente que nos da una gran vista. 40ºC
Hicimos una paradita en el barrio chino para comprar
wantan.

Son las 6 AM. O sea 5 AM, y ahora que nos
salvara?

buen desayuno al fin!!!
